Hobbs did a HORRIBLE job on the installation, and a horrible job on following up on my concerns shortly after installation. To begin, there is a significant discrepancy between the flooring height in the kitchen and living room, which is very noticeable (and was noticeable and complained about directly after installation). The CHEAP quarter-round trim that was installed began warping and detaching from the baseboard shortly after installation. One door was broken during installation; I was told the wind blew it and it broke in half. Hobbs did agree to pay $40 for a new door, however the installation and staining of the new door was left up to me. Two other doors (hollow-core) were damaged from them sawing off the bottom in order to allow for the higher floor, leaving splintered edges and uneven bottoms. I can not even begin to explain the headache that has come from using this company.
Description of Work: I had the old carpets removed and new carpet laid in 3 bedrooms and a family room, and laminate wood flooring laid in the living room, kitchen, two hallways, and laundry room.
