They accidently clipped the cable line, but it turned out to not be in use. They were more than willing to fix the problem but since the cable was working fine they did not have to.

Tommy came out the first time and shoveled. He did a great job! He then showed up after the next snow and went to work on the driveway and sidewalks--another great job! He calls before he comes out. Great customer service. Have hired him for the winter.
