Tommy D was very positive and a no problem kind of guy. Came to house same day and made repairs on the spot. Pleasantly surprised considering the majority of really lousy customer service that is so common these days.

I am so glad I chose Tommy-D! My husband (who can fix most things) tried 3 hours to work on our system & couldn't get it quite right. I was surprised at the time Tommy took, his detail &expertise and answered all my questions (a lot!) and did everything right at a reasonable cost. highly recommended!
