Ken fixed two Pella doors whose mechanism was not working. The fix took extensive diagnosis and detailed and innovative repair. He was friendly, efficient and most of all knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!! .

They did a great job. Ken and his crew took pride in their work and discussed any changes along the way. We were hesitant to start any projects but Ken set our minds at ease, was very helpful and trustworthy. Very happy with the job and the entire experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He charged me $250 for less than an hours work and did not replace any of the damaged wood. Just used a bunch of screws and a couple of stabilizers. Also he only took cash for payment.

I should have gotten a quote before he started. He was here 2 hours but had to run to Lowes so that took off 1/2. Charged me $450.00 to adjust a front door. I thought he was way over priced.

Ken is a â top notchâ expert. He explained the job thoroughly. He did the job in half the time he said it would take. The stairs were bouncing and were unsafe. Now the stairs are so solid you could â drive a truckâ over them. I highly recommend Ken if you wanna job done right.

Ken was the best contractor I have ever done business with. He repaired an older deck for my mom. He shared all the work stages and his plans for each stage of the project. He made the deck much safer with adding his suggestions. He was very focused on the project. The finished product was much better than I expected. Ken Mikesell of Dream Dwellings did an outstanding job replacing the deck stairs and deck platform for my mom. He responded quickly to the job and provided a very fair estimate of the job within one day. He planned the job carefully and made some adjustments he thought were needed. Dream Dwellings did a stellar job &of re-doing our deck and I believe the deck will survive/stand better than any house! Ken was excellent in communicating with us at every stage of the project and was upfront about any new findings and repair options. Project was completed on schedule even with some new ‘wrinkles’ in the project. Would highly recommend!!

Finished work sooner than expected, good work, very friendly, but neglected to place the gravel and the rocks where they belong in the walkway and we found a nail and a long screw in the driveway. Also took our 2x8 that we had recently purchased to screw into the deck.
