I signed a contract for 3/4" thick hardwood, when it arrived it was 5/8" thick. I was told "that is how it comes now, I have no control over it". The delays in starting were horrible and there was NO communication unless I called them. I paid for 6 "custom" transitions and received 2. Every time I emailed them about that I was ignored. The gaps between the boards are many, both on the ends and the sides, and I was told they would be filled but they were not. The installers laid down cracked boards, boards with knot holes and corners missing. They scratched a few board surfaces and in two rows, in the middle of my kitchen, they nailed through the tops of the boards. Boards were loose and creaking and when the installer came out to "fix" them he drilled holes in the boards and injected glue. Now those boards have drill holes in them, he used putty to fill the holes but it is not right and I still have loose boards. They broke a piece of molding at my front door, left the door open when installing so filled my house with dust because their saw was on my front pourch, they left trash in my yard and saw dust on my front walk and porch. The owner Brian seemed like he wanted to fix it but never did, everytime the installer would come out the installer had no idea what the problems were that I reported to Brian. All I ever heard from them was "we have installed over 10,000 sq feet of that flooring and never had a complaint" making it all my imagination I guess. Very poor all the way around and I would never recommend them to anyone.
