The GFCI in the garage that wired to the outside lights was tripping when it rained a lot. It took two hours of troubleshooting but Cory found the problem and fixed it. He is very professional and he gave me a veteran discount.

The work was very good, but come the time to pay I was told that hy didn't take credit cards. I wrote a check which when cashed a $3000 mistake in the favor of their company, and no call to notify me. It took a whole eek to get my &3000 back into my ccont.

Ultra responded immediately with an estate and were able to work us in so our project stayed on track. The team was professional and knowledgable.

I was highly pleased. The service technician was on time, knowledgeable, fast, courteous and efficient.

I had made an appointment with another company on a Monday and they were supposed to be there Friday between 1pm and 5pm. They called me around 1:40pm and told me they were not going to be able to keep their appointment. This was for my dryer that I had been without for a week. I called Ultra, explained my situation to them and they had someone out within a hour and a half to change my outlet. Not only did he help with that, but he also help me level out my dryer. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I live in an older home, and they noticed that it was out of code, and they resolved the issue for me. He cleaned up after himself, he was on time, very conscientious, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would give them a 5 Customer service was very accommodating and professional Price was well worth it for such quick and efficient service Cory was able to trouble shoot my problem in about 5 minutes. Not only did he fix my original problem, but discovered I had another switch in my garage to turn on my porch light and fixed it as well. Then with remaining time on a one hour call, he fixed an existing fire hazard I had and installed an additional outside light for me. Very knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend Ultra.
