It was great.

Description of Work: Right on time! Thought I needed a new garage door, but he told me I didn't. Said a tune up would work just fine and he could do it right then. Gave me some tips on how to insulate. Will call him again when a new door is needed!

Description of Work: We recently bought this house after it had been unoccupied for several years. The door did not seem to be working properly and we needed the code for opening the door manually. They "tuned up" the door and showed us how to change the code. After they left the door kept opening on its own. When called the company sent out someone as soon as they could. It took two visits but the problem was corrected. I was very pleased Academy Overhead Doors and will call them if needed. |their commitment |

Description of Work: The tech told me what all he did, pointed out potential problems and gave quote for fixes in the future. Was very happy with the service except he was 90 min. later than the window time given. It didn't cause me any undo problems, so it didn't matter.

Description of Work: They inspected my garage door, springs, and cables. My door would not open due to a broken cable. Both cables were replaced. They recommended changing my springs. I gave a price quote and will get them replaced soon. The tech was early and called prior to coming to see f I was at home. He was friendly, professional, and represented himself and the company in a very positive way. I would recommend them to others.
