Patrick came out the same day we called (which happened to be a legal holiday) to replace a leaky kitten faucet. He came on time, did the work professionally and was very personable. We will definitively call him and Rooter 66 again for any plumbing needs

Patrick answered my voicemail promptly and said he could work me in that day (Friday) around 5 p.m. and told me upfront the cost of snaking the drain. He called me around 2:45p.m. and said that he had finished a job early and could come over in about 15 minutes and diagnose my drain issues. He arrived on time and began snaking my drain and in the process discovered that my T-joint was cracked, so he was unable to snake. He examined my under sink piping and found that it was not done right by the handyman who installed my new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Patrick recommended that I replace the piping under the sink and the T-joint and gave me a very reasonable cost. He warranties his parts and labor for 1 year. He had to buy the parts, so he came back Saturday morning wth the new piping, installed it all, snaked the drain and had my sink back to normal in about 2 hours. He was excellent about explaining what was going on with my drain and pipes in a way that I could understand and was very professional, courteous and cleaned up after he was finished. Patrick was also very patient and professional about dealing with my home warranty company because he was an out of network provider. He was the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with and he will be the only one who will ever touch my plumbing again. He is extremely knowledgeable and a consummate professional. There just isn't enough room here to adequately praise him for excellent performance on all levels. And his prices are also very fair. You cannot go wrong with Patrick and Rooter 66.

He was professional and on-time. There was no service fee. Told us straight up how much he thought it would be and how long he thought it would take to fix. There was no mark-up in prices for parts or labor. Got the job done. Would use him again. Also had a year warranty for his work.

He is AMAZINGLY proficient in his work, VERY reasonable in what he charges, uses quality products and materials, is dependable, and will go the extra mile to get the job done! I can't say enough good things about him and the work he has done for me over the past few years!

I called and he was there in 20 minutes. He figured out where the leak was coming from and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The dishwasher was considerably more difficult.. He determined that the pump was having to pump the water out uphill twice because of the way it was put in and there was a blockage in the hose. He cleaned out the blockage and rerouted the hose so it drains properly. Very professional, very friendly, extremely reasonable, and immediate response. I can't recommend him more. I will definitely use him again!

I would recommend this company. Patrick came to my house and install two new Faucets in a garbage disposal. He didn't try to sell me any fancy equipment or fancy footwork. He was direct and he was fair. I felt comfortable with him being in my house and I will hire him again.

Patrick came on time, and gave me some advice other than harsh chemicals to do regular keep up on my bathroom drains. He cleaned out my kitchen garbage disposal found the clog in the sink and instead of over charging me for services I didn't need he was honest and charged me less than what he thought when we spoke on the phone. He notices a leak in the kitchen sink to the below cabinet and is buying the materials and coming back in the next week to install new parts. I will keep his phone number handy for any future needs!

Patrick arrived on time and although the project turned out to be more than expected the work was completed in a prompt professional manner. He explained everything to me clearly and I understood why the additional work need to be completed in order to provide a long term solution.

Same day service. Even though job took longer than expected, he stayed until it was done, and didn't charge any extra. New plumbing looks beautiful and functional- -he added an extra shut off switch to allow parts of the system to be worked on without needing to turn off all the water. All new pipe, pvc drainpipe, vents, and gas hose. Not only cleaned up after himself, shop vacced the water off the floor and cleaned the dirt off the floor while he was at it. A true professional who takes pride in the quality of his work and in educating homeowners about plumbing.

Wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience. He did everything he promised, on time and for the price he quoted--which was also the best price we got from three reputable firms. He took the time to explain everything to us about our new water heater. While another firm wanted to rebuild our toilet for $250, Patrick explained that it really just needed a new flapper, which cost $10. He charged no labor because it was so fast to fix and he was already here. Another firm attempted to upsell us a water softener, but Patrick explained why we didn't need one. We'll be staying with Rooter 66.

Patrick did a great job. It wasn't easy to find a way to tap the drain for the new sink. There were all kinds of obstacles and limitations with the existing construction, but Patrick took his time and explored several solutions before settling on the one that saved the day. He was extremely conscientious, tidy, focused, and hard working. If you are looking for a dedicated work ethic and high quality work at a reasonable price, you've found your plumber. It's rare to find someone who takes pride in their work these days, Patrick does.

Patrick was great! He's very professional and courteous, and even puts booties on over his shoes whenever he enters the home. On top of that, he's friendly with both us and our dogs. This is the second time we've had Patrick come to our house for plumbing work. The first time was for a sump pump installation, which went very well. We were extremely happy with Patrick and his work with the sump pump so we didn't hesitate to call him back when we needed a drain cleaning. When we bought the house we were told we would need a main sewer line cleaning on a regular basis and when our basement floor drain started backing up, we assumed that's what was needed. Patrick asked all the right questions and determined that since we were only noticing an issue with the drain when our washing machine ran, that we may not need the main line cleaned, but just the line from where our washing machine drains to the main line. He explained exactly what he believed was happening and what he's seen in the past, so we decided we'd start there and he explained he wouldn't charge us for two complete drain cleanings if he also had to do the main line. Patrick was correct in his assessment, as after he completed cleaning that line we ran the washing machine and watched as the water level in the floor drain didn't move at all. He even filled up the mop sink to a much higher level than the washer does (it drains into the mop sink) and there was still no movement in the floor drain water line. Patrick guarantees his work, so if we experience any further issues we know we can get him back over to do an additional cleaning of that drain. We certainly don't want any further plumbing issues, but with an old house they're bound to come up and we're happy to have a go-to plumber to call.

Turned out to not actually be a problem so they took the time to track down and fix a leak near my tub. Couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Plus, they gave an up front estimate and took maybe 30 minutes to fix everything.

Patrick arrived on time, completed the work promptly, the work was perfect, and a reasonable price.

I called on a Friday, not urgent, & he scheduled a visit for the next Wednesday. Not knowing him from other plumbers, I chose Rooter 66 because of his location in Northglenn. That turned out to be good! He called 30 minutes ahead, & was right on time. He wears 'booties' to protect your floor. We discussed the plumbing issue and possible causes and means of repair, & how he charges for his work. Patrick didn't give me the feeling that he needed to be somewhere else, but he didn't waste time or charge me for time spent searching for parts not on his truck. He replaced 25 yr old gate valves with new 'quarter-turn' valves, & old copper tubing with braided supply lines. We looked at the copper line to the dishwasher, but, it wasn't leaking, and would have required pulling out the dishwasher, etc. ( an un-necessary expense ). So, not done! He also suggested that he 'finish up' my old sink installation by caulking around the sink to prevent leaks. That took very little time, & closed 1 more possible cause of our "mystery leak". He worked here a bit less than 2 hours, plus the parts / materials cost approx. $50. But most important, he established a comfortable feeling while in our home, and confidence in his skill & professionalism. I hope I never NEED him again, but if so, he's my 1st choice, and I'd definitely recommend him to friends!

Excellent. Communication and workmanship was excellent. Patrick worked with us to get the desired result. Realizing that the tub was going to have to be removed and replaced, we decided to do a complete redo of the bathroom. Patrick was a tremendous help during the whole process. Very happy with all of the material and the end result. Patrick also worked with us to schedule the repairs once we received the new cabinet and counter top that needed to be ordered for the bathroom redo. So happy with the experience and results that we are now about to have the master bathroom updated by Patrick/Rooter 66.

We set a time for appointment the same day and he called before coming to the job. Patrick did a great job explaining and performing the work.
