Very good & professional work, but there are a couple of things like being on time and the total cost of services. It is a little expensive for the type of work & time spent.

I am new to managing the yard and exterior of my house on my own and was really overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start. My sprinkler system is old, I admittedly haven’t kept up in maintaining it, and I was worried about costly repairs. He went thru all my options with me and helped me decide what should be done now and what could wait until later. Very personable and respectful and I will definitely use them again as I move forward with next steps and if I ever have any other plumbing issues in my home.

Isaac, Tom and Iris were all great to work with. We had a leak in our lawn irrigation system that was complex and worrisome. The sprinkler company couldn't come out for 4-8 weeks, so we called My Buddy through Angi, and they came the next day! Isaac was smart, resourceful and respectful of our concerns and propoerty. Very fair pricing on three replacement valves and the leak repair. Great experience and we will use this company again.

I was quoted $100 less, I imagine so he could get the job, ended up charging me what he said he would not. Originally quoted $686, said he would knock off $100, so $586, ended up charging me $686. Did not show me the invoice just provided the signature line, my fault for trusting him. Disappointed.
