I had two solenoids buster to poor winterization and water leaking. Isaac diagnosed and repaired on a late Sunday afternoon. Total professional and very kind. Communication was good with office. They kept me informed as to arrival times. Work seemed fairly priced. I did not get competing bids so cannot comment but everything was very well done.

The work done was fine, and the worker was very professional and did good work. However, I have a real problem with the cost. Whereas most companies would quote an hourly rate plus parts, this company did a full job quote, take it or leave it, without even knowing how extensive the problem was or what would be involved in fixing it. The quote was over $3,000. We agreed because we were in a hurry to get the job done. As it turned out, it only required 7 hours of labor, and the replacement of one valve and about 4' of pipe. We didn't argue about the cost because we agreed to it up front, knowing that this might be the outcome, but there is no way I am going to use them again or recommend them if this is how they do business.

Yes, I would hire them again. Paul Lucero was on time, polite, knew what to do, and got my sprinkler system turned on again, and it works great. I felt like the price was reasonable too! Thanks for the good work!

They were terrible to work with. $752.40 is what I was charged. Thomas charged me a huge amount on a part that was only $118 and I do not even believe there was anything wrong with the Febco valve (part 765, 3/4") that he changed. Nothing that I needed was done. They overcharged me by over $600, took my valve and did not do the work that was actually needed and I feel I was duped big time.

Jose came out and was able to turn on my sprinklers and replace three heads that were broken and not working properly. It saved me from trying to figure out how to fix it on my own. The company was very professional and did a great job.

I found the price of the repair high but the technician was wonderful. He repaired the two water line leaks in the yard very quickly. Excellent communication action skills and professionalism.
