Acme Lawn Sprinkler & Landscape Design

My wife and I got several quotes on a sprinkler system install before hiring Manuel and his team. They were not the lowest price, but they offer a 5 year warranty and were incredibly prompt with any questions we had and Manuel came personally to do a thorough review after the project was completed. I think with that level of service we definitely got our moneys worth. They also called to winterize our sprinklers during the weekend for a price that was much cheaper than other services. I have already recommended ACME to our friends and colleagues and plan to use them for landscaping services in the future.

Manuel, Miguel and Tony are great. They worked hard everyday to install my new sprinklers and sod. Very professional and I would recommend them for your landscaping project. Went the extra step and just came back to winterize the sprinklers. We are very happy with their work and our new yard.

Manuel and his team did an outstanding job with our sprinkler system installation.

1) I asked Manuel to repair my sprinkler system, as well as mow my front lawn every 2 weeks. He gave me a price for the sprinkler repair, but he'd put me on the schedule, and get back to me. He never did that. 2) After mowing my lawn a few times, one day they didn't show up. I called to ask why, and Manuel told me that they had changed my mowing day, without even bothering to let me know. 3) The second time they were supposed to mow, on the new schedule, they didn't show up again. I called Manuel to find out why, and he said he'd find out and call me back. 5 days later, I still haven't heard from him. I don't know if they've just quit mowing it, or what. I was planning to have them do the fall cleanup, but I can't take the chance that they won't show up, when it's too late to hire someone else. I would absolutely not recommend hiring Acme, given how unreliable they are!

Manuel was very helpful and responsive. He was not pushy. He knowledgeable. His crew was also very polite and were able to fix things as they appeared (Old house=weird plumbing). Would definitely recommend them!

I only can rate the proposal as work is scheduled next month. He was very professional giving detailed explanations on valves, drip zones,type of spray heads including brand names, back flow, timers,trenches, zones, piping & clean up including reseeding, this before I could ask & I think firm price is fair. I feel I made right choice with five year warranty.
