Very responsive - was able to come by that afternoon. Made repair quickly and provided the cost up front, explaining how much it would be if parts needed to be replaced vs repaired. Offered to call in the Fall when it's time to blow out the sprinklers. We'll use Manuel again.

Manuel responded to the Service Magic Request almost immediately after clicking the submit button. He didn't offer a specific time that he would arrive the next day, but I hadn't asked for one or needed one. He charged exactly what he quoted to clean the valve and manifold even though it took him a bit linger because none us knew where it was located and he had to find it buried under some wood mulch. He followed up the next day to make sure the repair was complete.

They gave a firm quote over the phone and performed the work that afternoon. The gentleman who serviced the sprinkler system was very knowledgable and polite. All in all, a seamless and positive experience!

I've already recommended him to a few neighbors who need sprinkler repair.

My niece said that they were going to charge her $55 till she told them I had said $45. Don't know if that was a mistake, but it made me feel he was trying to get more from her being she didn't know the agreement between him and I.
