While the value was great, the project took three times as long as the estimate and I think we really needed an additional zone for the sprinklers. The yard looks beautiful, however, and unless the county changes our water, I feel fairly certain our sprinkler system will continue to work.

Manuel was able to deal with my constant chatting and random questions throughout his time dealing with my irrigation system. You can tell from the way that he works that he has been dealing with a variety of irrigation systems for a while. Manuel's reasonable rates made having my large cumbersome job completed a bit easier to swallow. Very efficent

I had a new sprinkler system installed, plus a few strips of sod, and some landscaping (rocks, etc.) Manual gave me the lowest bid, and explained the entire process. It is now a month later, and the lawn (both front and back) looks terrific. This company delivers what they promise, and they do it right. I've alredy recommended this company to a friend. Manual does not take any shortcuts, he does a professional job. I can't speak hightly enough of this company.
