These guys are very responsive to my calls and show great work ethic, and of course I really like what they did in my backyard and front. Would definitely hire them again for later projects, such as landscaping.

Manual was focused on a quality installation. The project met our expectations and in spite of weather related delay was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Came within 24 hours and finished job on weekend. Completely satisfied. Was a bit surprised that service call was included in bill but job was completed professionally.

I hired Manual for a sprinkler project so I could get better water coverage on my lawn since I had some dead spots. Manual was prompt to get the business. I hired him and he did the project and took the money. Now 40% of my front lawn doesn't get water ( I wish I could post pics) I have been trying to reach Manual ever since. it has been a month of calling him. My grass is the worst it has ever looked since I have been at my house. I feel like a paid nearly $500.00 for him to wreck my front lawn.DO NOT HIRE!

This was my second experience with with Service Magic and because of the excellent refer all from the first, I decided to use them again for a lawn sprinkler crisis. Juan was aggressive in finding the problem that had caused a doubling of my water bill. Because of his eagerness to help, I expanded my project to include replacement of both sprinklers and valve box. Completely and utterly satisfied! Initial repair did not work, but redoing the repair fixed the problem. I did not think I should have been charged for two hours, since the initial failure of the repair was not my fault. Otherwise, the job was done to my satusfaction.

Manuel, the owner, called right away and came out the same day that I submitted my request into servicemagic.com. The system wasn't working and I thought that I needed a new sprinkler clock, manifold, and some heads. Manuel got the system working fine with no new parts and only a minimal service charge. I will hire Acme again.

Manual, the owner, was knowledgeable, friendly and knows what he is doing. His crew that he left to do the work, on the other hand, was spotty. At the end of the day they had installed edging starting in the wrong place; never installed pipe to an entire section of my drip zone; didn't leave a manual for the clock; didn't install a spigot where we had discussed; plus a few more minor mess-ups. But, hey, mistakes happen and I understand as long they get fixed. Haven't seen anyone since. Manual said he would be back in the next few days to fix all the mistakes 18 days later NOTHING. I even gave him a reminder call. No ph# on his invoice

The repair was done quickly and efficiently and the seviceman (Juan) accepted my input.
