He was thorough, showed up when he said he would. Cleaned carpets and all air ducts including dryer vent.

Came on time, did an excellent job and was very helpful.

I asked to have my carpet steam cleaned. Robert of Starshine Cleaning Co, Loveland, CO. used hot water from the tap only. But worse, he sprayed the more used common areas with some kind of fluid which left them discolored with stiff fibers. Very noticeable. He did not ask me before he started and, unfortunately, I did not question him as to whether or not that fluid was environmentally acceptable and how it would affect the carpet. I trusted him. I do not want to have any further dealings with him. Our in-house maintenance advisor offered kindly to try and restore at least the entrance area to a more acceptable appearance. I am a very unhappy customer.

Very professional and pleasant to talk to.

He called ahead and said he would arrive early and he did. It took him about an hour to clean my living room hallway and 3 bedrooms. The carpets are spotless now and they look awesome. I would definitely use him again and I would refer him to family and friends

Robert called me at the exact time he was to be at my house, saying his machine was broken and would need to cancel, reschedule. This was not OK with me as we were trying to move out. He then got a different machine was an hour and a half late. Was abrupt and pushy when he got there. Did not have the equipment for stair cleaning had to leave and get it. Overall the carpets were done fine but the customer service piece would keep me from hiring him again.

Arrived very quick and cleaned all the carpet in the house and was very understanding when we kept having to add more of the house for cleening. Did an amazing job got so many of the stains out and everything looks so good.
