Spring Kings

Elijah came as soon as I called him. He analyzed the problem and gave me a quote for a new opener plus an installation charge, which I thought was very low for the time he indicated it might take to install. He even gave me some pointers if I chose to install it myself. He commented that he tries to offer the lowest prices he can as he is trying to build clientele and get referrals and future business. I asked him to do the job and he returned the following morning with the new opener and installed it for me. He was very professional and walked me through the programming of the external keypad and described other features of the new opener and controls. I was very happy with the experience, especially since I had previously contacted two other companies and been told by one to just let it fail before they would come out to look. The other company told me they would call back at a certain time to put me on their schedules, but never did call me. Two days later, I called Spring Kings and got the service I was seeking. I will use them again, and will send others to them as friends need garage door repairs.
