They were more than happy to install a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier two and a half years ago. The humidifier quit working 6 months ago and they never responded despite numerous calls. Now, the air conditioner is not working and it's very hot outside, and they have not called back. I was happy with them until we needed service. Beware of this company.

They showed me how to perform the replacement myself, so I could do it in the future if I wanted.

The line was installed with no problem at the time. We smelled gas intermittently after installation. Called her and she came out and capped the line sealed the piper since we hadn't purchased the stove yet. Continued to smell gas intermittently but she did not come out or follow up on our 2nd call to her. We had to contact another company to come out and check the problem

She came out quickly, and was through and helpful.  She was perfectly awesome.

I was having issues with my heater and wanted to get an evaluation of the problem and a quote on how much to fix it. Cook's Heating and Air was the first place I contacted they were really nice and were able to stop bye and take a look at it free of charge on a time that fit my schedule they looked at it for a matter of 10 minutes and knew exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix that day. I was very pleased and will use them again for any of my furnace or AC problems.

I have worked with Pam at Cooks heating and Air for many years. When I called her about my air conditioner not working I had family out from Arizona and I had to get my AC fixed right away. Pam got me in that day. She came to the house and got it fixed in no time at all. Pam is always so professional when I have her fixed my AC or my heater and I have had to do both. I know that I will soon have to have them both replaced and I will call Pam at Cook's Heating and Air when I do. Thank you Pam for all your help and hard work.

My 90's air conditioner started having problems and I did not have the money to put in a new system. I found Cook's Heating and Air Conditioning online and called to get a quote on a check up and was pleasantly surprised that they would come out to look at it for free and would charge for the parts and time of service to fix it. Already they were saving me money. Pam found the solution to the problem and it only cost me $60 to fix. It was very fast and easy and I got it fixed the day she came out I didn't have to suffer and sweat in the heat for any longer.

They were very neat about what they did. They were very knowledgeable. I trusted them. The price was high but was expected for what I had done.

I was very impressed with her because she pointed out that there was looseness in the motor. She called the manufacturer and she discovered that the warranty on our furnace was about to expire so we were able to have the problem fixed without cost. We had a contract with someone else for years and they never said anything but she spotted it and brought it to our attention. We were just really impressed. We had her check the air conditioner as well because another company quoted us $200 to fix an issue; she fixed it for less than $100. We canceled our contract with the other people and we are going with her. We are senior citizens and we like to feel like we can trust the people who work on our home. I appreciate that she is always in contact with you and she calls if she is going to be late to tell you how long she is going to be.
