The installation was part of buying the carpet so it was free. I did not think they did a great job of clean up after themselves; they was still little bits of carpet around. They came when they said they would come.

It was a pretty good experience. I think that the only bad thing about it was that it took a while for the card to get here but other than that, it was fine.

They have been wonderful but we're not doing our carpet with them. We're probably going the tile from them. They know us by name. They're just so helpful and so good. They always match the price and make sure you get the quality. Last year, we replaced all the appliances and they were just wonderful, everything was wonderful.

Immediately there was cold air coming through the windows. We looked to see that all was ok and noticed that the windows were installed but they failed to caulk adequately around the outside. We thought this might have been the problem for the cold air coming through. We called Lowes and they sent the installation crew back out to fix the caulk. However, the cold air continued to blow through the window so we looked closer. You can actually see the light through the place where the sliding windows meet. I called Lowes ten days ago and they said they would have people come and look at the window. I haven't heard anything from anyone. Meantime you can't sit anywhere near the window comfortably. I am extremely disappointed in Lowes' product and responsiveness. I won't recommend or use them again unless things are fixed fast.

The experience was a nightmare! It wasn't Lowe's total fault, and it was good that they had some oversight on the project, but they gave this contractor a lot of work. We picked out some granite countertops, and they cut the countertops out of the wrong stuff. So they came and put it in and had to come and tear it out and redo it. It was actually the one company's fault, but at the end of it, my general feeling of Lowe's was actually pretty good. Lowe's actually worked their butts off to fix everything. The project overseer worked so hard to get everything done. They also gave me a big refund for the project. Also, we couldn't communicate with the contractor as well as we would have liked because of language problems.

The tile guys that Lowe's hired, hired another guy, who didn't do a very good job, so the guy that owned the tile company had to come himself and redo a bunch of it. The work, when it finally got done, was good, but the problems made the experience less than great.

They did what they said they were going to do, they were efficient, their pricing was reasonable, and they did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The bid process took almost 4 weeks, only prompted by numerous visits to the store to get some action. They misquoted the price the first time around and couldn't explain their own bid when I visited the department. The first guy spent most of the time complaining about their computer system, the second paged someone to help me (and received the response that the person he called was eating a hot dog and couldn't come to help) and then they ended up calling someone at home to explain their quote to me. The best I can say about the whole experience is that ONE out of three people tried to help me. Needless to say, I opted not to spend $4,000.00 with them based on these experiences.

Fred was here for three days installing the tile. He spent long hours and got the job done on Thursday night, leaving at 10:00 pm. Merry Maids were coming on Friday so we all wanted it completed and ready for their cleaning. We had the tile laid in a diamond pattern with decorative pieces as accent, four on floor and a strip on tub side. Fred did a beautiful job! And we found having Lowes do it was a better price then a local man and Handyman Connection quote. Floor looks great!

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SELECTION AND SERVICE PROVIDED BY LOWE'S. WE RESEARCHED SEVERAL PRODUCT LINES AND WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DESIGN SPECIALISTS KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE. WE WILL PURCHASE MORE WINDOW COVERINGS FROM LOWE'S AS THE ATMOSPHERE, SERVICE AND SELECTION WAS OUTSTANDING.

THE INSTALLER WAS A YOUNG MAN WHO KNEW HIS CRAFT. HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS WE HAD AS WE HAD MOVED FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND HAD NEVER NEEDED A STORM DOOR BEFORE. HE DID NICE WORK AND WE WERE PLEASED.

LOWE'S ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW HOT WATER HEATER. THEY OBTAINED THE WORK PERMIT SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO. THEY REMOVED AND HAULED AWAY OUR OLD ONE. THE WORK WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND THEY WERE THERE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. OVERALL, VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
