Transport America did a wonderful job. The truck was packed well and the items that I had that were odd shaped were blanketed and shrink wrapped so nothing was scratched or dented. They were polite and showed up when they said they would. Floors were covered and there were no marks or scratches on anything that was shipped or even in the house. I would highly recommend this company. This was the best move I've ever made.

These movers personally did a good job. They were right on time and good at packing the stuff. It was good, quick and they were very helpful. I was really satisfied with the service that they provided and they price they charged me as well.

We used Transport America to move about 350 cubic feet of furniture, etc to NYC for my daughter. Mark was great to work with and upfront about timing and getting a smaller amount of goods to NYC. What I thought was super great was they did 2 stops for us (one to another sibling)in NYC along with having to go up 3 flights of stairs for a really reasonable price! Everything arrived in perfect conditionâ and nothing was missing. But you need to keep in mind that when you are moving smaller quantities of goods across country- the shipment has to be combined with others and that is why you get a good price. :). And in case anyone wants to purchase additional insurance, I found going through Progressive insurance (we got a renterâ s policy) was so inexpensive. They will begin coverage on the day you purchase it and will cover the move too. So far the best way to get full coverage at a great price.Chr

Excellent service. On time and worked very hard. They were efficient and fast while also taking extra good care of my items. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone. They’re quick, safe and had great attention to detail to make sure all of our furniture was moved without any damage. Moving is stressful for anyone and they definitely made things easier.

When booking my reservation I received superb customer service. I was told 5-10 days was typical for my move but it could be 3 weeks worse case. Its now been over 4 weeks and I should FINALLY receive my household today. Mark was atrocious with his customer service and follow up skils. On a good note; the actual movers at pickup were fantastic. It remains to be seen how the drop off movers will be.

Mike and Jason did an outstanding job! They packed all of our belongings with care, and we appreciate so much the quality of their service! My family and I are so happy all our move was nice and smooth having these two folks! They were very polite, and attentive with packing things very well! Mike knew how to answer our questions, concerns, and found ways to help us, and with his skills, he definitely took that weight of stress off of us.
