Job was completed professionally and timely.

I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring Gabe to do this fence project on my house. Sadly, my experience with him was not very great, unlike what his other positive reviews state. I will say the fence looks decent but the professionalism, communication and customer service were atrocious. Here is a timeline of the events for the project: Saturday July 1: Juan and the workers show up around 11am and get the concrete poured and posts laid. I did not have any issues with this day at all. Sunday July 2: Gabe told me the workers would be by in the morning or early afternoon to finish up the project. I waited until 2pm and still nobody was there. I texted and asked him where they were and he said they were finishing up another project. I then asked him to let me know when his workers were coming, he texted me back 10 minutes later and said they were not going to finish the other project and would have to come by tomorrow and finish mine. I was not happy to hear this and said to please let me know when his workers were coming by because I like to be home when workers are at my place and know when people are working on my property. He did not take too kindly to this request and basically said to not worry about being home and to let him handle it. He is the guy in charge and running the show. He then told me the workers would come by Monday to finish it up Monday July 3: Nobody shows up until 4pm and only stayed for about 2.5 hours. Project still not finished. Again, no communication on his part after I asked him to let me know when his workers were coming the previous day. Tuesday July 4: Again, I've heard nothing from Gabe on whether his workers are coming over since it's the 4th and a holiday. Workers show up at around 8am and almost finish the project. They leave part of my old steel fence and a lot of excess dirt around the fence in the alley, but at least the project is almost done at this point. Wednesday July 5: I text Gabe and ask him to take the old fence and clean up the excess dirt around the fence and then he can come by and we'll discuss payment. I do not hear a word from him for two days until Friday. Totally just ignored my text. Very poor communication and professionalism on his part again. Friday July 7: Gabe finally texts me back on Friday and says Juan will be by sometime to pickup the old steel fence and get rid of the dirt. Juan came by and picked up the old fence but didn't get rid of the dirt on the outside of the fence. I was not at home when this happened and not sure when he came by. Saturday July 8: I text Gabe and tell him the project isn't finished and won't be getting paid until the excess dirt is removed. He said he would be over to take care of it. He came by and I showed him the dirt I wanted removed. He comes back literally about 5 minutes later and says he's done. He basically just spread the dirt out more and didn't get rid of pretty much any of it. We get into an argument over the project and I finally just pay him to have it over with. I just wanted him gone at this point before I really lost my temper. I probably should not have paid him but I just wanted him gone. The End Needless to say, I did not have a great experience with Gabe at all. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional and poor service from a contractor in my 44 years of existence. Gabe doesn't understand that the person writing the check makes the rules and calls the shots. He does not have the emotional maturity to take any kind of criticism and instead gets angry and vindictive if you call him out on his poor communication and service. I also wish I had read his YELP reviews before I hired him. Had I done that, I would have never considered working with him at all. I hope this fence holds up and isn't junk but I guess we'll have to wait and see. I honestly don't have a lot of confidence though. I do not recommend hiring this guy and can assure you there are much better contractors out there who will treat you with a lot more dignity, respect and who will appreciate your business. One again Gabe and his guys did a fantastic job. This is the second project we have had him do tying our beautiful stamped and colored new front patio into the back. The job was done quickly and efficiently exactly the way we wanted. Gabe is great at communicating as the project progresses and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. All of the guys on his crew are super respectful and friendly making sure we were able to go on with our daily activities as needed without any disruption. Overall great experience and fairly priced for the excellent product he provides.

Gabriel and his team were a great fit for a small privacy fence job we had to complete in a hurry (and on a budget) for our home. Gabriel was very communicative, and was able to provide estimates & do scheduling all via texts. His crew was reliable, and they did a nice job of the fence even with some difficulties in our carport area, where they had to work. I was happy with the customer service, execution, and cleanup of the job. I'd gladly recommend this team for anyone looking to have some fence work done!

Pepper's Landesign Services did exceptionally well on our concrete driveway. Easily one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. The price was fair and competitive. Communication with Gabriel Peppers, which is often a challenge for contractors, was excellent. Gabriel discussed the work and schedule at each step. There were zero surprises. His concrete team was experienced and actually amazing to watch and the results were superb. I would ask them to do more work without hesitation.

5 stars! Gabe has an eye for design and made it easy to trust his suggestions for a well designed layout. Gabe and his crew were also always on time, respectful, quick, and meticulously detailed. Highly recommend!

Gabe the owner is awesome to work with. Very attentive and has a crew that gets things done on time. I love my stamped concrete patio it's gorgeous! Love the artificial grass no more watering.

The project (concrete patio, new fence, and new gutters) turned out great. Gabe and his crew were polite and friendly. The project started when promised, was done early, and had no surprise costs. We will call again with our next project.

The guys did a nice job installing our horizontal IPE fencing with black steel supports. It looks beautiful! Gabriel worked closely with his team and always responded quickly to discuss the project and brain-storm solutions.

It went very well and quick! Very professional and we are happy with the work completed. We needed up hiring this pro for concrete work as well.

Once again, Gabriel and his crew did a great job! This summer a large tree fell on our old detached brick garage. When they came to replace the roof it was discovered that the garage was to severely compromised and it started to collapse. So they tore it down and did a complete rebuild in cinder block with a nice stucco finish to match our house. Poured a new floor, installed a new door and opener, and even replaced a wood fence that had been damaged. These guys can do it all. Done within a few weeks at a reasonable price. Friendly crew, easy to work with. Recommended, will hire again!

Work was done quickly and on time. Owner communicates well if there are any problems or delays. He is also very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. I have worked with him more than once and have recommended him to friends.

With great planning this team was able to understand the vision and deliver above my expectations. Gabe is a solid human and leads one of the most hard working, talented and experienced crews. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is incredible. They work fast but not hastily to get the job done. I'm truly impressed and highly recommend this team. Gabriel and his crew were here every day for two weeks, always on time, and kept the job site clean and safe. Very easy to work with, able to make changes on the fly and an overall excellent experience! Highly recommend without reservations.

Have worked with Gabriel and his team now on multiple occasions to complete massive back and front yard projects at our home. We're super pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them without reservation! Always very professional and responsive, and the quality of the work delivered was at a high bar. In the backyard, they completely transformed our landscaping with a full wrap-around fence install, plus new irrigation and sprinkler systems, and full sodding. We had concrete poured next to the house to have a pad for a hot tub, as well as a separate seating area for a fire pit. Both of these were concrete stamped and colored which looks really classy as compared to just "plain" concrete. In the front, they completely demolished out a cactus garden and old shrubs and bushes, building a full wooden pergola and trellises for grape growing, as well as putting in some new trees and planters...it looks infinitely better and nicer now! Have greatly appreciated working with Gabe and his team, and will certainly consider them again going forward.

Very understanding with other work being done on the property. They took the time to understand my needs, made suggestions and recommendations, and were prompt and receptive to my contacts. The job ended up turning out beautifully and dad and I couldn't be happier with the expansion and raising of the porch and the change of the walk way to a raised, curved ramp to allow easy handicapped access to the house.

They did a great job! We didn’t really know what we wanted, but Gabe presented a couple great options and we are really happy with how it turned out.

Great! Gabe came and looked over our situation, gave us a reasonable estimate that he stuck to. His crew was fabulous, very respectful, friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. Project was completed quickly and we couldn't be happier. Will call Gabe for any future projects!

Not so well. Broke yard art, killed grass, nail holes in siding and trim without offering to fix any mistakes, workers drinking on job, had to build a second gate as 1st one was totally unacceptable, 2nd one was better but I still had to have someone else fix, concrete steps not straight on either side, used low grade pickets on one side of patio fence as they are already warping, left messes that I had to clean up and fix. I had to keep a constant eye on project and had to call Gab back numerous times to come look at workers mistakes. Didn't bother to tape off 2 entrances to patio to keep it from being walking on after poured. Found out afterwards that price was much too high for quality work (10.5K), not to mention for poor quality work. It would be a benefit to Gab's company and customers for him to teach his workers to do job correctly, rather than not keeping his eye on their work before it was done and then too late to be corrected. My patio fence needed a "bandaid" put on it, and they did a good job at that. I can provide pictures if need be.
