I would not recommend this vendor. It began very well. When we called Angi to request a vendor, Mike called within 5 minutes. He showed up within 45 minutes of the phone call. He was very friendly upon arrival. He determined the air conditioning needed a new motor. He indicated that he would return the following afternoon with motor to repair the unit. However, he did not return. We texted him several times with no response from him. We called the office telephone number, however, the voice mail was full. This is unprofessional behavior. We indicated to him that we were utilizing our home warranty company and if they did not approve the service, we would pay out of pocket. Based on the lack of communication, I would not recommend this vendor. It would have been more professional of him to communicate that he would not be returning to complete the job. We are now having to find someone else in the mist of this heat wave to repair the unit. Mike, you need to treat others as you would want to be treated.
