Fiber Clean

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job. I've used them twice. He was quick and professional. He did a great job. He showed up on time and did a good job cleaning the upholstery. I have recommended him to other people because he did a really good job. He was punctual, polite and professional. There were no additional charges for the Big Deal.

Carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Stain treatment for all areas and microfiber treatment for one bedroom that had some residual cat odor. Also deep stain removal for some spots.

Robert was prompt and gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he was on the way. He explained what he would be doing and I agreed to have an extra room done as well as a protective coating applied to the carpeting. He answered all my questions and left me with informative pamphlets on how to protect and spot clean any spills. He even called the next day to make sure I was satisfied. That's good service!

Rob was extremely professional and friendly when I scheduled my appointment with Fiber Clean. Rob arrived ontime, set up quickly and got right to work. I was so happy with the results of the upholstery cleaning that I requested a quote for future carpet cleaning.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. The person who came out was very helpful and did a great job. He was a very pleasant man and came out about two weeks after I bought the Big Deal.

It was fine; they were right on time and did a good job. He was a very polite person and he came back when we had some spots that we were not satisfied with and he took care of it. I did not have any complaints. Their price was competitive.

All things were excellent. I'd use him again. Walking barefoot, it seemed like there was a bit of residue, but not sure. Gave him a B on quality due to this (materials/chemicals), though the quality of his work would be an A.

Fast, professional service. The result was amazing for carpet that is old and somewhat worn. Rob provided good advice on how to handle stains, and future opportunities to clean - even gave me a bottle of fiber cleaner in case I need it in the future. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend Fiber Clean.

It was great. Rob checked in with me as soon as I purchased the deal, and on the day of the cleaning he even called to say he would be about 5 minutes late. He was professional and courteous. He clearly knows what he is doing and did a great job getting out some stains we had on our downstairs carpet that were at the house when we purchased it. Additionally, Rob cleaned a runner for us at no extra charge. But almost, most importantly, during all of the rains in September we had a little flooding in our basement that was in a room with wall to wall carpet. We called Rob and he immediately came over and helped us mitigate the wetness to a point that we will not have to replace our carpet. Thanks Rob!

Fiber Clean responded quickly when I purchased the deal. They arrived as scheduled. I was pleased with the results. They were able to remove several stains on the light carpet that I had not been able to get out myself
