Description of Work: Cut grass fast and miss spots. Trim and miss more spots. Hasn't been a great year on their service. Love the office folks but they aren't the ones cutting my grass.

Description of Work: They continually would not mow the entire lawn and a few times didn't show up at all. When I would call to complain I would be told I needed to take pictures to prove it wasn't done and send to them. They would usually just saw opps, we'll note it for next time. Once when I insisted the crew come back and do it right they blew tons of grass clippings all over my wife's freshly washed car and then left without saying a word. We decided not to use them anymore at the end of the year and shortly afterwards they called to tell us they had decided they couldn't do our lawn anymore. Guess if you complain about their poor service they don't want you.

We cut thousands of lawns a week and have not heard these type of concerns before. Thanks for sharing. I will look into them ASAP. Also called and left you a voice mail today to discuss them with you. We did not cancel your account because you called in almost weekly to voice your concerns. We just stopped servicing your neighborhood. For the level of service you desire I would recommend a one man company that can handle all of your specific detailed needs. I wish you the best of luck and thanks for trying out our service.
