James is the time of plumber that should set the norm. Honest,great work, and friendly. It’s has always been an anxious moment hiring a plumber. Not anymore. I will be using James exclusively!

I talked with James and they were able to get to us the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. They were quick, did a great job and were very reasonablly priced. No muss, no fuss. Will definitely use them again.

James was very quick to respond and made time for us the same day we called. He and his son, Tyler were very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. They even kindly texted when they were outside as not to wake up out kiddos. We would definitely hire again.

Went alright, we got it to a respectable level of vibration. While the problem didn't entirely go away, we can live with the result. He gave 110% effort!!

Unbelievable...We just moved in to our house a few weeks ago and realized that there was a small gas leak smell coming from the fireplace gas shut off valve under the floor- it's Saturday and we call not expecting any plumber to answer, James answers the call and is in the area and makes time to come in 20 minutes on his lunch to take a look...he finds the leak in a few minutes gets the right tools and tightens a loose nut, gas leak fixed. It didn't take him long to fix it since he knows exactly what was going on. I get out the checkbook to pay him and he tells me not to worry about it, glad to help us and to just remember him in the future. So we found our plumber for life today- he was really courteous, helpful and honest. I know contractors- been in the remodel business and he could have easily told us it was a bad valve, opened the wall, charged a service fee and it could have been $600 or more, instead he was honest and went above and beyond to not charge us a dime. If you are looking for a plumber, it is a no brainer, call James!

James worked hard! He spent a long time on the dishwasher because it was a tougher job than either of us expected. This was at night and he showed up early which was nice. He quoted the price before beginning, so even though it turned into a long job, the price never changed. I appreciated that, although I thought 225. was a bit high from the beginning. However, I was stuck as I had to have it out. The new dishwasher was arriving the next morning. He was professional and delightful. A problem that came up was the cupboard to the side of the dishwasher came loose. He showed me this when he was finished. I wished he had let me know this was happening as he saw the problem, so I would have been prepared. Now I also have another expense coming. I am certain, however, it was necessary in order to do the job!

James quickly responded and had me send a picture of the valve so that he could investigate before he came out. He came out the next day to look at the job. It was a small part that needed to be replaced. He recommended where I could get the replacement part without charging me for the visit.

It was repaired in less then 24 hours and water was restored to our house.

Great! James arrived on time, completed the work in the exact time estimated, and his prices were competitive. Will call again in the future.

Jim showed up exactly on time and completed the job quickly and neatly. The old bathroom sink faucet was rusted in place from underneath the counter. Perviously another plumber had told me he couldn't do the work. I truly appreciated that Jim was able to get the old rusty faucet off. He didn't seem to think it was a big deal. He's very professional and a nice guy too. Thanks Jim!

James and his assistant arrived on time, were courteous, did the job in less than an hour and even checked a few other things in the house without charge!!!! James is very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to find him through Angie's list.

James was absolutely amazing. I called him at 6:00pm and he was at my house doing the repair by 7:00. The entire job was done before 8. I was fretting about the cost. But, James's price was amazing! He really saved me! Not only did he do the job efficiently and quickly, but his rates were great, especially after hours. I will hire James again for my next plumbing project.

James was very professional on the phone and in person. We spoke on the phone and he gave me a reasonable expected price, as well as offering a 1-year warranty and no service call fee. Due to a very small crawl space entrance, he was unable to access and further assess to complete the project. He also recommended another plumber when I asked him, and mentioned that their prices would be quite a bit more.

it went well although some of the concrete needed to be removed that prevented the dryer from sitting level on the floor. This was probably overlooked initially because the dryer was obscuring it. Also, the drier vent, which was poorly installed and too short, was damaged even though efforts were made to avoid this and patch it. I had to have my handyman come in to replace the vent and remove the lump of unsmoothed concrete from under the dryer. The vent was, of course, not the plumber's fault so replacing it was inevitable. He even recommended a better replacement since the wrong type had been put in with the installation of the dryer. Very little dust got into the surrounding area because he took a great deal of care to prevent it from disbursing.

Their service rep came out inspected the area and determined that it was not a leak from the pipes. He provided us with a reference to another company and left without charging us for the visit.

Went very well. They worked with our availability and showed up right away on the day we called.

James completed all of the actives to our satisfaction and complied with our schedule for our availability. At the writing of this review, James is scheduling a 3rd visit to our home to repair additional plumbing items not identified in this review

James was very professional. Worked diligently to find the source of the problem. He is sending detailed paperwork of problem so a contractor can fix the issue.

Mr. Ennis diagnosed the problem over the phone and then we scheduled a day and time for him to come out. He could have come sooner, but for my convenience I scheduled him several days out. (Leaking only occurred when I used the spigot so there was no real urgency.) He arrived promptly and was done in less than an hour. As he warned me on the phone, a hole needed to be cut in the drywall on the inside of my house to access the broken pipe (which in hindsight, had frozen and busted three or four years ago). My biggest concern about getting the outside water spigot fixed was that the exterior siding on my house might be disturbed, but the siding was left totally intact. The pipe repair was handled from the inside of the house and then he simply replaced the old spigot with a new one outside.

James gets my vote. While my usual plumbing company didn't return my call after 5 hrs of waiting, James responded within 10 min. He was there the next morning already with a heater and was in and out in under two hrs.

Very well. Hit an equipment snag, but they solved it with a quick trip to nearby hardware store and all is dry and perfect now.
