I called on both jobs separately and in each case I felt James did excellent work, explained the options, and when the work was completed he walked me through everything he had just done to verify all looked and worked as needed. He was easy to work with, showed up on time, I felt his estimates were fair (but I did not spend much time working on multiple estimates), and all around seemed like a good guy. I would definitely hire him again.

Tyler did an excellent, methodical job of identifying a difficult to find slow leak and repairing it.

After calling no less than 7-10 plumbers, I reached James ate 5:30pm on a Sunday night. I had a pipe burst and was flooding water from my second floor through the garage ceiling. While everyone else told me I lived too far away or they wouldn't come out on a Sunday night, James agreed to drive 30-45 min south on a Sunday night to help. He showed up at 6:45 as promised, fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes and we had water again by 7:30pm. The icing on the cake was that he did not gouge me for a Sunday night emergency and instead charged in the range of what I would have expected to pay for a normal, scheduled, weekday service. James will be my new go to plumber after this experience.

James arrived the same morning I called. I recently had a kitchen renovation and the sink plumbing was installed incorrectly (missing a p-trap on garbage disposal pipe. Piped directly into sewer line). We were experiencing HORRIBLE odors anytime we ran our garbage disposal or dishwasher.

The leak was repaired by putting in a whole new pipe.

Best experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. I submitted a request on Saturday night, he reached out Sunday morning and had it fixed by 11am on Sunday. I was desperate to fix a water leak and he talked me through the options and then executed. I’ve gotten the run around from many different services companies and even though he doesn’t have many reviews, he does awesome work.

I called on a Sunday to find his soonest available appointment. He came that day and didn't charge any extra for a Sunday job. He replaced all the pipes, and put in a garbage disposal we already had. Worked quickly, and we enjoyed talking to them. Great people, great work, great price. We'll be using this plumber again.

James called with in minutes of the request going out. He came by within 30 minutes of his call and gave me a very good quote to get the job done. Other quotes were much higher, one was almost double. The leak was in a difficult place to get to, a little excavation needed to be done against the house. James and Byron showed up at the scheduled time Saturday morning and had the job done before noon. They were very nice and great guys to talk with. I am very pleased with the job that was done. I will be calling them again when I need anymore work done.

I heard from James Ennis the owner, within minutes of requesting a quote on Angie's list. He called and I explained that I needed an outdoor spigot replaced because it was running constantly. He told me the cost would be $375 if there was access to it. He happened to have an opening that day because an earlier job turned out to be much smaller than anticipated, so I booked him right away and we hung up. About an hour later, my husband mentioned we should replace our other outdoor spigot since it was probably about to malfunction as well, so I texted James and asked if he had time to perform two replacements. He responded right away that he did - he would need to stop and get supplies for it. He texted me an approximate arrival time and he arrived very close to that. After looking at the two spigots, we agreed that one was easy to get to and one needed some drywall to be cut away. He told me approximately how long the whole job would take and then he went to work. He completed the job in less time than estimated and he left no mess indoors or out. When he was done, he showed me the finished product, which looks perfectly done. He was tolerant of my dog who followed James around whenever he could. James did not try to upsell me on any other services and he didn't charge me for having to cut the whole in the drywall, which I was grateful for. He also mentioned that he could smell gas in my basement and so he did a check around my hot water heater for leaks, for no extra charge. He didn't find a leak but recommended I have Excel out to double check. Overall, this was as good as a home repair experience that costs $700 could go. A+

James and his son were able to arrive the same day I called. The fixed the valves under the sink and replaced the faucet. There was rust on one of the handles that required a lot of work to remove, not something I would have been able to do myself.

Went well - replaced with a comparable heater

James and his son were very responsive and friendly, and were able to address our various plumbing needs during non-standard hours. After speaking with 2 other plumbers who had different ideas of what was causing our shower to leak, James and his son were able to pinpoint the source of the leak. Although it took 2 visits to get the leak fixed, it is working just fine now. Also, they were also able to move drain and water lines in order to install a new bathroom vanity, install a new faucet, and repair a leak on the main water line by installing a new valve, all with no issues whatsoever.

Finished in less time than estimated. Replaced with heater similar to old one as well.
