Kevin was on time, competitively priced, explained the process and was very professional. Super thorough in cleaning the dryer vent and spent a great deal of time cleaning up afterwards. Have obviously had my vents cleaned for many years, Kevin was head and shoulders above any service we have used in the past. Would highly recommend this company. Update 03/18/20 This is the third time we have had Kevin out for service/repair on various appliances, and I can not say enough good things about him! He has been punctual, super helpful explaining what needs to be done, and as others have commented on, the areas that he has worked in are all always cleaner than they were before he got there. He is super courteous, professional, and is one individual that I would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking for home appliance repair or dryer vent cleaning.

Very thorough service, evaluated all aspects of the dryer and duct to pin point exactly what was wrong. Kevin even supplied an email and pictures to take to my builder since this was a brand new home.
