Good intentioned yet fell short in a number of things. The shower head spirts out water when running the tub, the replacing tile doesn’t match the rest of the tile, there was no caulking on the side of the damage where it looks moldy and gross, the water knob was switched opposite hot instead of cold ( was fixed yet some aesthetics not so great,) the paint job on the replaced drywall looks splotchy where it looks like there’s been previous water damage ( I asked it to be fixed and it never happened.) We went with it, being that we needed to be home from cost of hotel stays. Overall disappointed, because they asked for even more money, despite all this.

BOR DTC is a first class restoration company. We called them to help after our main line backed up in the basement. They showed up immediately and started the restoration process. The BOR DTC team was quick, professional and delivered excellent service throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and how they treat their customers sets them apart from any other restoration company. It was good. The customer service was good. They were very responsive. They knew how to work with the tenants. They knew how to communicate with the tenants.
