i am thrilled w/ AP's performance.  the contacts were very professional, friendly, communicative, responsive, informative, punctual, competent, and hard-working.  my basement contained heavy appliances (washer, dryer), file cabinets, 6 large bookcases,  and over 60 boxes.  the project manager decided to store everything on one side of the room while the opposite side was treated and carpeted and then reverse sides instead of loading all my belongings to a moving van and storing the contents off site.  that decision saved him and me much heartache and cost.  his techs and workmen treated all my belongings properly and efficiently; furthermore, they were all very courteous.  his contracted carpenter/painter replaced damaged baseboard and then painted the entire room's baseboard.  the company moved the appliances back to their niche, reconnected the appliances, checked to make sure no water leaked and installed the vent tube.  they provided extra carpeting to put the file cabinets on (because the flood caused rusting and i didn't want to ruin the new carpet).  the men  re-stacked the boxes according to my wishes.  the men all worked diligently and efficiently in a not-so-comfortable temperature. they cleaned up after their work  perfectly.  the next day, the project manager even called to see if all was fine.  it was!

They did an excellent job and the results were really good. They came in promptly and their scheduling was good and timely.  They were professional and sensitive to the situation.  There were a couple delays but all in all they were good in a difficult situation.  We were disappointed with a painting subcontractor but they replaced this person and we were satisfied. Costs were picked up by insurance so pricing was not evaluated.  We were especially pleased with estimator Bruce Ehrismann and Project Manager Nick Koenig.

They are wonderful in service.
