Alex Javalera picked up a check of $1150 for Carpet installation on Wednesday (10-01-2014), and he promised to install Carpet at my house by the end of the business day on Monday (10-06-2014). A check was written out to him on Wednesday evening, it was promptly deposited but come Wednesday, no one would answer the phone. I made repeated attempts to reach them but they would not answer or call back. I left several messages for them to call me back and perhaps let me know if they had encountered some issues that had caused some delays, but, no one answered or returned my calls. I even used several other phone numbers to reach them and still had no response. I noticed that the check written out to them cleared my bank and so, my money was confirmed transferred to them, however, up to today, no work was done or no calls were ever returned explaining why they had not got back to me. I was scammed and I had no other alternatives. They are true scammers and I don't understand why they are still listed on Angie's List. Please do not waste your money calling them, this is how they make their living.....scamming people. Learn from my experiences and do not bother using this company at all....you'll be ripped off!

They came and get the measurements of the carpet and told us we would pay half then. We gave $1,000 deposit. They said the carpet would be here in one week. The week has passed. This has put us another week behind. My parents are on oxygen and life alert and everything is in the back yard. It has rained and damaged our furniture while we wait for the carpet. We keep calling and they will not answer the phone.

I found this companies prices to be roughly half of that charged by some of the other more well known companies, yet there is no drop off in quality. Another advantage of this company is the fact that they are bilingual. I also found it important to monitor the installation, so that the seems are not placed in the wrong locations.
