ADVANTAGE SPRINKLERS

We had to wait weeks to get the guy here. He showed up on 6/24/21, and gave the impression that a few normal repairs were outside of his abilities. He said he didn’t have the time or parts to fix the other parts of our lawn sprinklers. He reluctantly changed a sprinkler head, and left. One month later, I get a bill for $215. It’s $80 to show up, $80 for the hour, and $35 for a sprinkler head. He was here for 20 minutes. So he’s charging $214 for a new sprinkler head. He never came back for the rest. Our lawn has been dry for 2 months. Thanks Sean, nice work.

Do not do business with this Company! I scheduled an appointment with this company three weeks out due to their schedule. My appointment was between 11:00-1:00. I called their office in the morning to confirm the appointment and was assured Sean would be on time. At 2:15, after hearing nothing, I called their office and received a voice recording asking to leave a message. I asked them to call me back and let me know the status of Sean. I again called at 3:00 and finally reached them. I was told that Sean did make the appointment. I communicated that I was here the whole time and no one showed. I was asked "are you sure?" Sean said "he was there". I asked for Sean to call me. With no response, at 4:00 I called the office again. I said I felt it was very unprofessional that I was stood up on the appointment and Sean did not have the decency to even call me back. Their response was "well I guess you have the right for your own opinion". OMG you have got to be kidding me. It's now four days later and I have still not heard from Sean at Advantage Sprinklers. Do not do business with this company.

Excellent in all respects.

Everything went perfectly. Sean arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything works perfectly. In addition, he was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing and provided some great maintenance advice.

I have had them twice already, and I'm very happy with them! The man that always comes, Shane who I think is the owner is always very nice. He really gets my problems solved. They're just so good. I don't know if their charge is good or bad, but I thought that it was pretty good because it usually cost me a lot more.

I will never call anyone but Advantage in the future. They are a really wonderful Company. They are a really good company. My husband used them in past years.

Great. Sean was prompt, efficient, friendly and got the job done. Very impressed.

The owner did discuss with us how and where everything was going to be placed. When they came to put them in they did something differently. It didn't work as well, so I contacted them and they are going to come back and replace that area free of charge. He had done a great job with pleasing the customer. I appreciate that he is taking what I want done into consideration.
