Description of Work: I had used Rich Lyons for interior painting and asked him if he might be available to power wash my garage floor, paint the floor, and help me with some small interior "fix it" projects. Much to my surprise, Rich was more than willing to have his employee, Juan, accomplish these things. It is somewhat difficult to coordinate work with Rich, but I understand that he had to "fit in" this kind of job in-between other jobs. Rich said that he would be willing to help with these projects, and would "get you taken care of", but I had to wait until he could get this scheduled. Rich does not give you much notice as to when he will be coming (the next day), but again, this is understandable. I feel that Rich and his employees are completely honest and reliable, so even if I could not be home, I knew I could trust to allow entry. Rich's employee Juan, works diligently with whatever project he is given....big or small. Juan gets right to work and quickly and efficiently accomplishes whatever you ask of him. I am no longer able to do things like power wash the garage floor or repair a shoe rack, and was extremely pleased that these things were accomplished without complaint. Many contractors are not willing to do this small stuff, let alone do it so well. I feel that Rich and the workers he hires are honest, hard working, and reasonably priced. I can confidently recommend Rich!

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $199 Interior Painter for a Day. They painted a bathroom. Everything was fabulous and I was very pleased with them!

Description of Work: Josh and Travis arrived on time and were professional in every way. They did a beautiful job! My daughter's bedroom and bathroom are perfect, and they were meticulous and clean. Rich Lyons, the owner, came by and her was professional and punctual. I will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They painted a small dining room and a feature wall in the family room. Put up a drape and a large mirror

Description of Work: While the firm scrambled rapidly to paint our house upon move-in, much of the work was done poorly; and while the company repeatedly stated that "they wanted to make it right", in the end they were defensive about shoddy areas, areas where one coat didn't cover sufficiently, areas where they painted over other fixtures or window frames, and this became so frustrating we just paid the final bill to be rid of them. The words of "not being finished until we were fully satisfied" did not come to fruition. We appreciated their quickness and responsiveness but the quality was not what we expected and they did not address numerous issues in the end. Not a good finish. Wouldn't use them again.

Description of Work: Painted some areas where other painters had mismatched the color. They did an excellent job and were finished in no time. I would highly recommend Travis and Josh.

Description of Work: After my initial call, the company said they would be out to give an estimate on 9/27. They called me on 10/1, and had gone to the wrong house. They said they would be back on 10/3, but never gave me a quote.
