We purchased a "Big Deal" coupon of $75 for $200 worth of power washing. Rich did heavy-duty power washing of our fence and lighter power washing of our deck. Rich responded immediately to our work request on Saturday and had the work done by Tuesday! He did an excellent job and was also helpful with tips on how to prepare our fence for re-staining (e.g. areas for sanding). Thanks Rich!

I had purchased a Big Deal $199 for an interior painter for a day. This painting was a little complex and the lighting is very little in this area of my home. They did miss a couple spots and that could be a result of myself enjoying to talk as much as they did and it was probably somewhat distracting. I see some areas that look less glossy and I'm not sure if someone went over with a different kind of paint behind the other or they just missed it. I have also found a little bit of paint of my eskimo art and sculptures that I collect. I just don't feel they were as careful as they could have been. I'm not sure if I would use them again but they were very nice people. All in all I do think the job was complex.

It was good. He wasn't very responsive on scheduling initially and that's why I've asked for a refund and kind of sent me that report on Angie's List but he asked me for an opportunity to let him try again and they're good and he did a good job and his crew was great. So overall, I was happy with him. I would recommend using him but to be diligent about scheduling. It takes a little extra effort to schedule with him.

Well to say the least, don't ever use this provider. Keeping contact with this provider is shabby to say the least. It would be days before I would get a response. Then when I get asked for details it's like this guy doesn't know how to use his email or phone to go back and see that I had repeatedly sent him address and contact info. On top of that when I suggested a plan and emailed him a BASIC, BASIC sketch of what needed to be painted he said that wouldn't be a problem but had a difficult time to give us a date to do the job. Then when they show up it's like the provider hired two college students that had a day off hadn't told them a thing except the address of the job. When I told them what had to be done they looked like deer in the headlights and said "Rich didn't tell us anything" and had to drop what I was doing and find the room plan and give it to them. Not to mention as I went to go get the room plan again I heard them say "man, Rich blind sided us!" It gets better, for all you angies list big deal shoppers out there READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE PURCHASE!!!! This guy apparently thinks that a "day" of work consists of 7 hours. I wan't to know on what planet this guy is on who thinks that a work day consists of seven hours, what a crock. So in suit, I get a follow up email asking how everything went and "ohh, by the way here is an invoice for the over time". $90 for 30 min. over the "allotted time frame". Divide that between 2 workers(its an hour) divided by 2 this/these people are making 45.00/hour..... I know car mechanics and doctors that are making less. At the least if there was a time constraint as there is alot of times with some of these coupons, these guys should have said something if they couldn't have completed the job in the 3.5 hour "day" that the coupon claimed. Lesson learned?: Never hire these people and if you have the time....just do it yourself. For what it's worth the guys that painted the mural did a good job but this company will nickel and dime you fyi.... Seven hour work day......what a shame.

Two brothers showed up - they were very professional. They worked steadily and were very careful and meticulous. They came to me before the time ran out and let me know what they could complete within the time allotted for the deal - asking if they should stop then or continue on and bill me for the extra time. I chose to go a little over the time in order to finish up on what was most important to me. I was very happy with the work and would call them again!

The team started on time and finished in less than 3 days. The painters were professional and the work was done quickly and my house looks great. They used Benjamin Moore paint. The crew as friendly and neat. The cleaned up each day before they left and disposed of all trash. Very clean lines on the painting and trim.

The finished result was completely average, I would not use them again. I purchased a coupon through Angies List and it took about two weeks before they could come out for a small painting job, not a problem, but the day they were schedule to arrive the owner e-mailed me rather than calling, saying that they had trouble finding my home, minutes later the workers he sent to do the job called and said they were picking up supplies. I had talked to the owner, Rich, about bidding a price for painting the entire house (about 3,500 sq ft) and it was agreed he could do it when he came out, however he didn't come out to the job and the kids he sent made no mention of providing an estimate. At that point I was no longer interested in doing business with them in the future and let them finish the job and will search for another company to do the rest of the interior and exterior of another house.

I was impressed with how quickly the job was scheduled and completed. The painters were excellent in their craft.

Rich responded very quickly to my inquiry and we discussed over the phone the work I needed done. He referred me to Guiry's for paint and even was able to get a discount based on that his company was doing the work. I needed to go to work and the painters showed up earlier than their normal workday so that I could get to work on time. They showed up prepared, very polite and punctual and ready to work. We walked through the job I wanted done with Josh while the second painter started setting up the first room. I then left them to do the painting. They got everything done, great quality and thorough and locked up my house when they left. The paint Rich estimated we would need was only slightly over what was used, but better a little over than under. Pricing was very fair for the volume and quality of work completed.

Rich worked around my schedule and met me during my lunch hour to discuss my project and to prepare a bid. He arrived exactly on time and was professional and helpful. He provided me with a bid 2 days later that was $1500 less than the other bid I got for the same work. Once I accepted the bid, we scheduled a time to meet at lunch again on Tuesday of this week to discuss colors and go over the project one more time. I also asked Rich for help with matching paint on a wall and getting touch up paint for me. His painters started on Wednesday and finished on Thursday. My other bidder would not be able to start my job until mid-July after we had moved into the house. My husband and I walked through the house Thursday night and were amazed at how great it all looked in such a short period of time. Rich inspected the job himself and left the touch up paint this morning. I am extremely pleased and will use Rich for any future painting we need done. I can't imagine how this could have gone any better, and I highly recommend this company.

They were excellent. We called a different couple of painters and they were the one that will do the work. Pretty immediately they had the things done. They painted some woods on our stairs and it didn't work quite right when he first did it so he didn't charge us for it until they came back and touched it out, so they were really good.

they were great. they did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. would definitely use them again.

We've used Rich's company twice and have been very satisfied both times. My husband used to be a contract painter, so we are pretty picky about the end result. I'd highly recommend a Brush with Success, they've done a great job both times and cleaned up the mess when they were done.

after looking at the place. left me in surprise. refused to give any estimates. said that the coupon will be no good

I worked with Rich for this project. I was pretty nervous because I was living out of state at the time. We wanted the home painted before we moved in. I did my best to label things for the painters but there were really so many color changes and special instructions that I was holding my breath they could decipher it all. Rich was great. He understood exactly what I wanted to do. I think there were only two occasions he needed clarification, for which he contacted me immediately and then performed the task exactly how I wanted. I really appreciate how flexible and professional this team was. I am having Rich come back to give me a bid on the exterior. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thanks for the color!!

Very responsive. The painters were very helpful and friendly. One even rescued a mouse from a trap while here to paint! The jobs looked great.

The quote was just in the middle of our 3 quotes and we liked Rich so we went with him. Despite the Colorado spring rain, Rich and his team were able to complete our project before our HOA deadline. They did an excellent job and I plan to use them again for other painting projects.

Contacted Rich and set an appointment for two weeks out. Rich's two man crew showed up right on time at 9am. They went to work and did an excellent job. They paid close attention to detail, and there was no mess. The two bedrooms look great! I would use Rich and his team again for sure. Highly recommended. Mark Littleton

The experience with the 2 painters was very positive. The arrived on time, moved heavy furniture. worked quickly but were very skilled and knew exactly how to sequence the job. The brand and type of paint were recommened beforehand. It covered the old paint with one coat. When the job was finished, they thoroughly inspect their work and moved furniture back. I highly recommend them!

Everything went perfectly. Someone came out on Friday to look at the place. They sent me a bid the following Monday and the next day they started painting. The two people who came to paint were very profesional. They even cleaned up. I'll use a Brush with Success again when I need painting done.

He took forever to get a quote back to me and by that time I've already decided on somebody else. He did come to the house within three days from when I've contacted him. It was fine. I showed him everything that I wanted to get done and I do have one wall of wallpaper that I just want an expert to deal with, whether they renew it or paint over it or whatever they do. And he didn't seem too certain about how that should be handled. He said he had people that would look at it and do something with it. So that was a bit of a problem, his apparent uncertainty about this wallpaper. And then it was more than three days later before he contacted me to say an estimate will be coming. The experience was OK, but it wasn't outstanding.

The guys arrived when expected, were extremely polite. They took great care masking, did an outstanding job painting, were respectful of my belongings and cleaned up perfectly. I would definitely use them again. Nice job!

With all of the mess that they had to deal with the painters did an excellent job and did not leave a mess or missed spots to fix later. Our house was destroyed by renters and we were under the gun to get the home back in shape, the painting crew did a great job which allowed us to move in on schedule.
