A Brush with Success Inc

We don't appreciate telling the provider our address over the phone, listening to him say he will get back to us shortly, and then never hearing from them again. It wastes our time and is unprofessional.

This is the second time we have used Brush with Success, and their service has been outstanding both times. Rich is very accommodating and professional, and all three painters we've had have done a wonderful job. No runs, very crisp straight lines, arrive on time, and clean up everything afterwards.

I waited too long to call and schedule the painting dates as I was waiting to see how the whole move was going to go. I needed him to paint/patch in my townhome that I rented out before the renters moved in. Between my move date and the date they moved in, he was not available.

It turned out very well. They were fantastic. The job was bigger than what the deal was so they just applied the big deal towards the bill. They were friendly, thorough and I was very happy with the work that they did. They came back a second time and did not clean up as much. I would highly recommend them and we are going to be having them do the exterior pretty soon. I would use them again.

I had purchased a big deal, and they were very good. I hired them repeatedly, after the initial dealing with them. I had them come out 4 additional times. I had to pay more because I had them stay later to do other stuff, because they did such a great job.

They did a fabulous job. We're on time professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Bottom line...GREAT JOB. Would definitely use again.

We did use A Brush with Success and they were awesome. The owner was there everyday. He's very responsive and very good to work with. Their employees will show up on time, worked hard and did the job in a timely manner.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I've used them twice already. I like them, they're great. I like the quality of their work and the organization about the way approached a task. They were very timely, they didn't take any breaks at all except for a 30-minute lunch. They're very congenial guys. I paid an additional amount because they worked more than the hours that was in the deal. They charged me $25 per hour.

I had all the trim and baseboards painted in my master bathroom. The calking before the painting was extremely well done. The painters were neat and very good at keeping the paint where it was supposed to go. I didn't see any overruns. I would definitely recommend them.

Took a while to connect and schedule. Then laborers were more than 1/2 hour late. Had to call to find out why they weren't at location.

He did, at best, an adequate job. The big deal was for up to 2 hours of power washing and he spent 1.5 hours. He left a lot of wasp's nest under the eaves (which I cleaned up in 5 minutes), but he did do a better job of power washing a lot of the house. It would not have taken much more of an effort to clean up the wasp's nest, but he did not make the effort. I was at home throughout the session, but I do not think he realized it, thus the 1.5 hours.

They did a very good job. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I really liked him. He was someone who was obviously experienced. He was able to come in and had his equipment. He got right to business. He did a great job but personable too. He knew how to interact and was very responsive. In fact, he is another one I wanted to call back because I have a few jobs that I needed to do. So, he is on my list to call. I purchased my own paint, but for the actual service I just paid what was listed on the big deal. He also cleaned everything up. It was not really in the way. It was what I wanted. He is in the A category. I really do not have anything to say that I wish he would have done better or anything like that. He provided what I was looking for and what he advertised that he would do. He did it within the time frame that we thought that it would be. Besides from my poor choice of color, it was a perfect painting job. I thought the price was very good. He had a good price on it for my purposes. He was also very professional.

The 2 gentlemen that Rich sent out to do the job were great! They were very professional and courteous. From the time I contacted the company until the job was completed was a A+ experience. Rich contacted me the day before to let me know the guys would be out in the morning. They showed up promptly at 9:00 am as scheduled and were very respectful of my home.

He was higher than other quotes I received. He seemed like a nice guy.

The experience was excellent. Two men arrived on time, started right away and finished on time. The job was thorough and well done quickly and efficiently and looks great. They cleaned up everything and were very courteous and professional. I paid the exact amount as quoted. I would hire them again in a minute!

Scheduling was not as smooth but once he came the job was excellent. My deck, fence and house look great. I never thought they could clean up so well. He obviously takes pride in his work

I actually purchased more so I could get more done; they offered me the same big deal special. I bought two deals, we have a really huge room, and so he just let me use the two on that. It went very well. I think they kind of underestimated our room but the guys who came were really professional and very nice, and they did a really good job. They are very nice people and do a good job in a timely manner.

Two painters arrived on time and worked diligently for the time purchased. The painters were helpful and found solutions to several problems that arose. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

Terrific! Nice guys, polite, really do top quality work. This is the second time I've used this company. Same guys came out both times, and they were just great - totally recommend this company!

Good--the owner does a excellent, fast work, is professional and . In our admittedly limited experience his employees are a bit more variable--not a problem by any means, but not quite the same excellent level--a drip or two, a bit slower, less helpful. We will continue to use the company, overall very happy.

The two guys (Josh and trevor?) who do the painting are professional, neat, do a good job, and nice. Pretty good attention to detail. Might get a better deal with a bid rather than T&M, but overall thought I got good value. I would use them again.

A Brush with Success is great! The owner Rich Lyons is very knowledgable about painting, has a good eye for color/sheen choice, you can tell he's been in the business for a while. He's easy to schedule with and seems to produce bids fairly. The only small critique I could give is that his painting crew was a little late on the first day due to not allowing for traffic. But Rich was early and facilitated the process very well. The painting crew of two were quick, efficient and knocked out the entire apartment within two days, including priming some of the walls. The lines were straight, coverage was clean, no mess. They also happened to be recent graduates from the Art Institute of Colorado, and seemed to have a good since of design and color which helped with some last minute choices. Also, they were very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Grade A work!

We are very pleased with the services Rich and his crew provided. Rich is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions. There were a few very small issues while his crew was working in the house, but after discussing with Rich he promptly took care of everything. He guarantees the highest of quality and that's exactly what you get...you don't pay him until you are 100% satisfied with the work done. We would definitely recommend his services and will be using him in the future. Thanks Rich!
