Previous company did a horrible job and Brush with Success came in and made it right.

Provider answered phone on initial contact. Provider painted interior of our condo (2b/2b) right before the holidays and was finished within a couple days when condo was accessible. The work that was done is excellent! No bad comments about this company. Professional and polite.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was terrific! The $199 Big Deal price covered everything. They were just very nice. I talked to the contractor several times and then he even told me where to go get the paint and that kind of thing, and they cleaned up. It was great!

The guys showed up right on time and were very nice and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. We live a ways out of town and they didn't have a problem coming out here, which we really appreciated!

Rich and his team were wonderful. The work done was very professional. Excellent work! We had gotten 3 bids and Rich had the best quote and we could not be happier with the work. Very fast and extremely clean!!! We will be recommending him to all friends and family!

So very pleased with Rich Lyon's business. He contacted me immediately after my purchase on Angie's List. We set a date in October which I had to cancel and rescheduled for Dec 10, 2013. He contacted my by e-mail as far as a confirmation and also to let me know that his two painters would be arriving between 9 and 9:30 am. They arrived around 9:30 and stayed and completed the job by 2:00 pm. Incredibly neat and professional. I have additional work that I need done and will be calling Rich to set up another timekaround the first of next year. A good painter is hard to find and I thank Angie's List for this great referral.

There was a little mis-communication on the scheduled day for the work and the paint. I called to ask if we were still on for the next day but I wasn't on his schedule. However, he was able to get to us the day after and called to confirm. I also understood that Rich was going to pick up the paint and give it to the guys to bring with them but that didn't happen so I had to go get it. Not a big deal and I don't know that it delayed the project at all. The men were prompt, courteous and went right to work. They asked questions as the project progressed so communication was great on-site. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way they found it. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I will definitely use them again. My favorite part? Actually getting Rich on the phone every time i called... no message machine and then having to wait for a return call...a real live person every time!!!

They did an excellent job. We just paid for the coupon cost. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves well. It was a very good experience and the price of the service was average.

They were prompt, polite and did a wonderful job. The cost above does not include the cost of the paint.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very delightful. They did a great job. I had more painting to do than what the Big Deal permitted me to buy at the time so I got them to paint a little longer on an hour-by-hour basis until they got finished.

Didn't go well. Could not get an agreed upon install date. When I called, he said he was too busy with appointments and couldn't give me a firm date until he completed a few. I wasn't in a rush at the time so I didn't mind it too much. However he never got back to me to schedule a time. I finally followed up with him and then he told me the same thing as before. I asked for an approximate time frame and he still couldn't do it and got an attitude with me wanted something specific...saying I wasn't clear. Funny cause I never have had a problem scheduling appointments with contractors before...lame. This took place over a period of about 2-3 months after purchase. Bottom line is that I couldn't get anything scheduled. I asked for a refund and got it. I wouldn't recommend this company. UPDATE: Not sure f this is the same company or not. My review was for this company. If this is not the same company, then I apologize. If it is, then I have multiple email documenting my experience. Overall I am pleased with the results and would hire this company again. The team was a little late, and I would have appreciated a confirmation call a day or two beforehand. The team of two were very efficient and neat - very nice guys.

Hired them for 7 hours of painting. They painted a guest bedroom and bath. Two painters finished it up in a half day. Showed up on time and were very courteous. Did an excellent paint job and cleaned up after themselves. Loved it. Will definitely hire them for the next project!!

P.S. They need your commendation as well.

Earlier this summer, we used an Angie's List Big Deal to have Rich's crew come out and paint the exterior of our house...please see my earlier review in which I commented on our complete satisfaction. We decided to ask Rich's crew to come out a second time to add another color to add more accents to our exterior. They also used some black DTM (Direct-to-Metal) paint on our exterior window frames which had previously been aluminum-colored. The black adds a sharp, crisp accent to our windows, and makes them look much newer. We are again completely satisfied by the work performed by Rich and his crew, would use them again, and recommend them without reservation to others.

Great Experience, They were so clean and tidy. Did excellent work and they were fast and effecient while being detailed at the same time.

Two young men arrived on time. They got right to work on assigned tasks. The painting was nothing fancy and their wall patching was pretty much that of an amateur, but they did a whole lot of painting in about 4 hours. I added on some tasks and they happily completed those. Nice to have a new coat of paint in the guest bathroom, laundry room, and baseboards.

We had hired another painter who promised to paint the outside trim of our house . After eight weeks of promises from the guy we hired we realized we were not going to get the job done and with colder weather moving in we needed to hire another painter. We called Rich Lyons and explained our situation including our frustration at having lost our money and fears of colder weather moving in with an unfinished job. He came out within 24 hrs and gve us an estimate. His crew showed up when he said they would, did a beautiful job and finished in six hours what we had been trying to get the other painter to do for 2months. Great company we would hire them again.

Rich and his team always do a great job. We have used them several times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
