We chose A Brush With Success Inc. because of their excellent reviews and A+ grade on Angie's List and we were not disappointed! Rich responded very quickly in coming to our home for the initial consultation and was able to provide us with an estimate within a few days. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained that most of his crew had been with him for a number of years and that he trusted them and the quality of their work very much. Rich explained the job would take approximately 2.5 days and in fact they finished right on time. Rich came to the job site every morning to go over the plan with me and with his crew so there would be no confusion. The painters arrived early every morning and stayed until 5 both nights. They worked non-stop all day cleaning up after themselves as they worked. The paint lines were exceptionally straight, they took down and replaced all blinds, outlet covers etc. and asked each time whether we wanted nail holes filled or left as is. We are just so impressed with the neatness of the job--there is not one spot where they spilled paint or damaged anything in our home. We could not be more happy with the outcome of the job and have already recommended Rich's company to a close friend of ours!!

They did a beautiful job! My room looks gorgeous. They stopped to ask me how I wanted everything done instead of forging on ahead and surprising me later, so I was really pleased with the end product. They worked very quickly, too. Also: they were very pleasant to have in my home. And the price was so much less than my neighbor's painter quoted- about half the price. Overall, I'm very impressed and next time I need painting, I'll definitely be calling Rich.

Rich does return emails and phone calls, and schedules painting as quickly as he can. I think that he is busy because he does good work, and would question a contractor who said they were available immediately. Rich and his crew arrived on time and he obviously hires excellent workers and monitors their work.I feel that the price was more than fair and I am very happy with the end result. Rich's crew were competent, friendly and very helpful. They re-hung art work and wall decorations carefully without being asked to do so.I intend to use Rich for power washing and possibly painting my garage floor, and helping me unload and place a auto floor mat..I would absolutely recommend Rich for any painting project you might have.

Rich was very responsive throughout this entire process. He was the most reasonably priced. Said they were going to start on Monday but actually started early! They painted the entire inside of my town home including the kitchen cabinets. Did a really great job. There was a mix up of the cover for the door bell, and it was misplaced for a few days. He offered to buy me a new one and kept following up on it, on his own. But we did find the cover finally. He was very professional, polite and really nice. Always told me to have a nice day, or some pleasantry. Quite refreshing to deal with. I would definitely hire him again.

They were very perfessional, and very neat - also very fast - I'd definately use them again.

Unfortunately I was unable to end up using this deal due to some issues that came up. I do want everyone to know that they were extremely professional and helpful the entire time. They kept up with communication, and they are really great people to work with. I hope I get a chance to use them again in the future.

We had them actually do two rooms and it worked out fine. He completed everything in a timely fashion and for the price, it was fine. He came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. He charged an additional cost to the Big Deal. It was a little more than what I expected though. The quality was fine. I have no problems with the quality. I did not have to call too much.

It went very well. I have actually requested a bid for some additional work to be done by them.

Rich came out to give us an estimate the day after I called. We are finishing a basement, and wanted it to be painted before putting in flooring, cabinets, etc. Juan was out within a week and spent one day prepping and spraying primer over the new drywall. Next day Rich and Juan worked together to paint the entire thing. I provided the colors, and he provided all the paint and supplies. Work was fast and well done. I asked for and received a senior citizen discount on the labor. We are thrilled with the speed and professionalism of the work done.

It was good. I emailed the owner and that was fine. I gave him information over the phone and he didn’t come to look it. It probably would have been better to have come to look it. The increase in price was because they here longer. There were two painters for 3.5 hours. He had to go get more brushes.

The paint looks great. Rich did a very thorough job. He also let me know that if I find any issues or spots later he will make sure they come and touch it up.

Rich came out for the estimate just a few days after we first contacted him. He walked through the whole house with me and we discussed what we wanted painted in the house. His estimate came in on the day he said he would get it to us. The price was right, so we hired him. One of his employees (Juan) was the actual contractor working on our house. My husband and I agree that Juan did an excellent job repairing walls and painting. Everything was painted to our satisfaction and as I had originally discussed with Rich.My ONLY complaint was that there appeared to be zero cleanup. There were paint splatters everywhere! We have since hired both a carpet cleaner and a secondary cleaning service to get all the paint up from our floors, carpets, counters, shower, toilets, etc. Both of the cleaners we hired agreed that it would have been simple for the painting contractor to wipe up paint as he went along. I'm talking big drops of paint all over my floors, counters, everywhere. It surprised me that this wasn't cleaned up. Additionally, our kitchen sink was a mess. It took us hours of scrubbing and scrubbing to get all of the paint out of it. Again, it seems like it would have been easier for the painting contractor to clean the sink as he went. I would imagine it's much easier to rinse out or wipe down wet paint then to try and clean dried-on paint.In the end, I suppose we hired them to paint which apparently didn't include cleaning anything. If you're looking for a painter, they will do a great job. Just be prepared to spend hours cleaning up after them. I have many photos of the mess, if I can figure out how to post them, I will.

That was good. Those guys were okay. I had to buy the paint. I paid probably close to another $100 to buy the primer and two gallons of paint. They did a good job. I thought their price was fair.

I contacted Rich to get a quote to paint my kitchen and living room and he was very responsive in coming to my house to give me a quote. I bought my own paint from Home Depot. Rick showed up with his 2-man crew to tell them what to paint and make sure we were all on the same page. The two young men were professional and did a great job. The paint I bought from Home Depot wasn't mixed uniformly but they handled the problem and still did a great job to make sure the color was correct on the wall. They were done the same day and Rich via email asked me if I was happy with the work and if yes to mail him a check. No additional work was needed and I was pleased with the outcome. I would use this company again for painting work.

They painted just one room. I supplied the paint but they supplied everything else. They did a good job but one of them seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. When I called him out on it, he did correct it, but I feel like it shouldn't be there. Professionally, they did a great job. The price was good, but when I asked for a quote without the deal, they gave me the same price.

These guys, Travis and Josh were AWESOME!!! Rich is a fantastic owner and very flexible. I was sitting in an airport and forgot all about my appointment last week. He was kind enough to reschedule me for this Thursday, no big deal. Travis and Josh a true professionsals. They took their time and completed the job very efficiently!I plan to use A Brush With Success in the near future for some commercial property and will continue to use them for my own home!They are outstanding!!!!! I highly recommend A Brush With Success for all your painting needs!!!

It was all splendid. He did a great job. It was the first time I dealt with the company and it was a virtual success. He had a very professional attitude and it was great. The cleanup was great and the craftsmanship was great. Overall I am pleased with it. It was a big deal purchase. I paid $120 more because I wanted some extras done. I think the cost was great. I would use him again in the future.

The big deal with A Brush with Success Inc was excellent. We got on their schedule pretty quickly. It was no more than 10 days, probably around a week later. They were able to schedule really quickly for us. They did a lot done for me, as a matter of fact my project was smaller than their time that they had allotted. So they were able to do some additional painting for me that I didn't think was going to fit into that time frame. They were very quick, thorough. Both of them seemed to be experienced. They were able to get more done than I thought they would. They were very prompt and kept me informed all the time. They were letting me know of certain areas that needed extra work or whatever. They were very personable. They were very forthcoming when I had any questions. When they were starting to get to the end, they said we are going to get finished with this a long time before and asked what else we can do. Do you have like a small bathroom or something that you want painted? It worked out great because they were able to finish two additional walls for me that I just didn't think they would. They are the ones who suggested additional work to make sure that I got my whole time in. They gave me every minute promised. I even said, well look guys I got what I just really wanted. I understand that maybe it didn't take that long but this was my job and it is done now. And they are like we still have time and we are here, so what else can we do. They were very accommodating. They were top. Their price was excellent, that big deal for two painters was 14 hours of work for 400 dollars was amazing. I would absolutely use this company again in the future and as a matter of fact I do have some painting coming up, additional painting that needs to be done and they will be my first call.

They painted three rooms for this deal. After they completed the work, I invited them back to do other work. When they came back to do the additional painting, they gave me the same deal on pricing.

It went beautifully. They scheduled really well and arrived on time. I wasn’t crazy about the color I originally choose, so they allowed me to make a color adjustment on the same day. They couldn’t have been more thoughtful. It was really nice.

I was concerned that the amount of painting was too much for a single day so I prepped the rooms by removing all of the plates from the electric outlets and switches. I also removed all towel rack hardware. In addition, I moved all of the furniture out of the rooms or away from the walls. The two painters completed all of the painting, replaced all of the plates, and touched up a few other areas of the house with time to spare. The young men were very good at their jobs and went about their work in a quiet and efficient manner.

I called and Rich was very responsive. I had a really tight deadline to have my newly renovated basement painted before the flooring went in. He came to do the estimate at my convenience and was prompt to the appointment. He had Juan do the work. Juan showed up by 8am or earlier each day and worked until 6 or 7pm each night for 3 days. He was extremely clean and detailed. At the end the of the job there were a couple minor details missed. Rich and Juan had them banged out very soon after and we are extremely happy with the final product.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. They did a good job. I have no complaints. They were quick and timely. Rich was very good about getting back to me on anything that he needed from me. It cost me more than the actual big deal purchase, as I actually had them bid to do the entire upstairs. Their pricing was good. What I liked about them is that there was no hassle and I was pretty comfortable that they could come in when I was gone. It was really just a no hassle experience. For my overall experience I would like to give them an "A-," and the only reason I would say minus is because there was a lot of cleaning that needed to be done, but I guess it is something that is going to happen with paint. They could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall I would still go with the same company. I think their price was fair for the amount of square feet that they had to cover. The quality of their work was really good.

The work turned out pretty well. However, they were a bit late, and when I emailed the guy there that I needed both the kitchen and the bathroom done, it sounded like they might be able to do both, but they couldn’t. They also could not do the inside of the cabinet doors.

However I never received an estimate, I emailed him and he said he thought he sent it, I confirmed my email address with him and again, have never heard back again. I still do not know if he carries Work Comp on his crews.
