These guys are great. Customer services varies by who your tech is, but I want to give Benito (electrician), Doug (plumber) and Justin (plumber) 5 stars each. They were amazing. Amanda, the voice of the Company is always courteous, prompt and will call you if there is a change no matter how small. They talk to you and give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. They are also low pressure for projects that you are gathering quotes for. They may not be the lowest priced, but they are professional and perform solid work. (You get what you pay for).

Fair and reasonable.

They were very friendly and informative. They were able to work around my schedule and I was able to work around theirs. They were very efficient and verified that everything worked before they left and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat.

Kody was awesome! Would hire him again.

The only individual that we met was a spervisot, Cody, he recxonnended the design for the project, completed the project , and left the work areas from cleanup better than when he began. He noticed several problems in the wiring of this 56 year old house with potentially fire hazards and recommended corrective solution. Although this may sign a commercial ruse, there was no pressure or attempts to influence. Cody is one of the most professional craftsman that I have dealings with in my over 60 years. Although I had no contact with other electricians working for Tipping Hat, I feel certain the their other staff would be equally competent. I highly recommend this organization, and fully intend to hire them for the remaining electrical scheduled for mt home in the near fTutr

Good guy, fast and did very good work.

He was very pleasant and professional and I felt comfortable around him, but it was hard to get a hold of them and had difficulties coming out on time.

Justin is great to work with. I used Tipping Hat for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC and all the work was completed in a timely fashion.

The person that came was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer service problem is their office - the office does not call or email like they say they will (ever!) Thought the price was a little high but not too much.

Kevin was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, he took time to talk with my 83 year old mother and made her so comfortable with the install and information shared, will be using Tipping Hat again in the very near future!
