1st Resort Carpet Cleaning

The gentleman twho cleaned my carpets was careful and considerate. I have expensive carpeting and he effectively cleaned and perfectly restored them beyond belief. Don't look any further if you want singular performance and perception.

The 1st Resort team was professional, quick, and were on time. The results were great. Given the age of the carpet, they were able to make the carpet look almost new again!

The owner, Tony, took my call on a Sunday with what I thought would be an impossible request for an urgent carpet cleaning within the next three days before Thanksgiving. Tony found a way to schedule this service, he followed up via text repeatedly and showed up exactly when he said he would. The carpets were a mess and now look brand new. Tony could not have been nicer and the price was extremely fair. I could not have been happier with 1st Resort.

So pleased with their work that I hired them for next year. Professional, thorough, and friendly.

Tony called to set up the appointment right away and remained very accessible throughout the process. He and Cody showed up on time and the service produced a noticeable improvement to the cleanliness of our furniture!

Tim was great! He explained the whole process before he began and even left us with some enzymes to spray before bedtime as we have a toddler and it will give it a chance to dry. It smells amazing and the couch looks awesome! Thank you so much!!

These guys responded quickly to my Angi request. Quote was resonable and accurate to the services provided. Set up services less than a week away. Cleaners were prompt and did an AMAZING job on my move out cleaning!! I would highly recommend their services and will plan to use again in a year!

Great communication via email and text by owner/manager prior to appt. Service member, Tim also texted his ETA. Excellent consultation by Tim before he removed pet stains as to exactly what he would do to remove stains from carpet and pad. Clear explanation of when and how to return furniture to room to prevent wood or metal stains. I will use !st Resort again and refer this company to my friends.

I got on the schedule quickly (needed cleaning ahead of guests visiting) and the tech was cordial, fast and efficient. I am sure I'll be using 1st Resort again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! If I could give a 10 Star Rating, I would. First of all, the upfront service was FANTASTIC! I spoke to Tony the owner on a Saturday evening after 9 p.m. Tony was able to give me a set date/time for an appt. during our first phone call. I had to reschedule last minute which was not cool for them, but Tony gave me a "mulligan" and handled it with class and grace. Yesterday 03/27 was my appointment. Tim who is the Lead Technician came to my home. I was embarrassed at how my living room carpet looked. I had spilled a glass with POM juice about 2 months ago on light beige carpeting. After I had moved my area rug covering the middle of the floor, I saw a lot of other red spots as well. Red anything is the HARDEST to get out of carpeting, and especially when beige. I loved that neither Tony nor Tim promised they could get the red out but would do their best. Their best certainly MAJORLY EXCEEDED my expectations. ALL THE RED came out after Tim worked his miracles. He explained all the steps he was going to take as he went along. I WISH I had taken Before & After pics to share with you. Trust me it was a hot mess before Tim started. This company is the real deal...their service backs up what they tell you and the quality was beyond what I would have fathomed. Lastly, they do not nickel/dime you for every thing they are adding, etc. to use what they think is best for the job unlike other companies like ZeroRez! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Missy

Tim was on time, very professional, and did a great job. My carpets and furniture are super clean now, he was even able to remove a stubborn spot in one of my favorite chairs.
