+ -1 moreGreat service! I had two sections of gutter that had rusted through and were leaking. One section was leaking onto a horizontal section of my chimmeny and leaked throughto my inside wood crib. Not good. I went online and requested a quote, Colorado seamless asked if they could do a drive by assessment, I agreed (I was not required to be present). Recieved a quot via email, accepted, was provided a date and time for the service. Clay was on time and had the two gutters relpaced in less than two hours. Great job! Very satisfied!
Description of Work: Replaced two 15 foot sections of rail gutter, reutilized the existing downspouts.

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. At my rental unit, they took off the old gutters & completely reworked the way the water drains off the roof. It was not your "cookie cutter" type of project. They showed flexibility & intelligence in the design. It was done quickly & neatly. At my home, they replaced a leaking gutter and the wood under it that had been destroyed by the leak. The weather interfered with the dates the work was initially going to be done - they did an okay job of keeping me appraised of the changes - which is why I gave them a B for punctuality. Also - they were not the cheapest quote I got - but I was looking for more than a low price since the job was complex.
Description of Work: I had gutters replaced at both my home and my rental unit.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt with an estimate and the work was done a few days later. It snowed the morning of the original date for the install. Travis contacted me and let me know they might not be able to work that day. A couple hours later we rescheduled for the next day. The install took less than 4 hours. Every bit of the old stuff was cleaned up and hauled away, and the new gutters look great.

+ -1 moreOverall we had a great experience with this company. They came out and gave us great ideas with the Gutter Rx and the "rain chain." They are very professional and did exactly what we wanted. I feel that they are genuinely in the business to serve the customer and do what is best for us. We could have ended up spending a lot more money when we really didn't have to. We paid an extra 116.00 for the rain chain. I will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Our house was built in 1924. We bought the house in March 2010 and we added on to the detached garage in 2010. We had a lot of drainage problems and thought that we needed new gutters. We called Colorado Seamless Gutters and they came out and looked at the gutters and told us that they just needed a cleaning. We have a lot of large trees in the neighborhood and we also had the gutter Rx installed as well. They installed a brand new gutter and downspout on the back of the house. The garage did not have a gutter. They installed a brand new gutter and oversized downspout on the west side of the garage. They cleaned and flushed all of the existing gutters. Damon and all of the crew were great to work with. They actually ended up saving us a lot of money and our gutters work great! No drainage or clogging problems at all. They warned us from the beginning that we could have drainage problems with our garage just because of the way it was built. We did end up having a problem with part of the garage gutter draining the wrong way. They suggested a "rain chain." They came out and installed the rain chain right away and it is beautiful, works great! What a good idea!

+ -1 moreMy 30 year old hillside house has developed some erosion problems. The company I hired to address these issues recommended I get new gutters and downspouts, and add some additional gutters and downspouts. The estimator was knowledgeable and listened closely to what had been suggested to me by others, and made other helpful suggestions. He also agreed to tie in one gutter/downspout to a drain I was having installed. He answered my questions about whether steel was best for my house. His quote was timely and reasonable. Work could have started quickly, but because of other work being done on the house, I had to request a postponement of the gutter work, not once, but twice. Colorado Seamless gutters was very gracious in accepting the nearly 1 month postponements, They still had to work around another job being finished, and handled that nicely. The area was cleaned up afterwards, and everything looks great. Thanks!

+ -1 moreThese guys did a GREAT job. I have had several projects done at my home this year, both large and small. Out of about 6 contractors I have worked with this year, they are by far either number 1 or 2. Were there on time for the appointment both for the estimate and install, very knowledgeable in my discussions. Immediate detailed proposal, showed up on time, the installers were very polite, and very careful with our property, and extremely courteous My wife usually cringed when we have contractors at the house, but she loved these guys. They were even 100% honest when they broke a couple of the new concrete tiles because a tool fell. They got an estimate from me on the cost to fix, and deducted from the final invoice. I would recommend to anyone considering a gutter repair / replacement to highly consider this firm!

They came back to fix a small error quickly, cleaned up very well, and are careful of plants, etc. They are willing to come up with ideas to fix unusual problems which was amazingly helpful. Reasonable prices!! I plan to have them back out to our new house late fall to check and clean out all the gutters and downspouts. Highly recommend.

They will come out and look for free! 1) House that we had for sale in Wheat Ridge: Replaced entire house and garage gutters and downspouts. 2) House we just bought in Golden: Replace rusted gutter, reseal leaking corners, and flush out and clean out downspouts. $288.89 3) My wifes Mother's (who is 92) house in Wheat Ridge: Repair and fix existing gutters and check everything. Fabricate and install a roof diverter and downspout on covered patio to fix a very bad rain problem. $199.39

+ -1 moreStrong winds downed 2 trees and did damaged our gutters in two places. Tyler was responsive in providing a bid for the work and they completed the job within a short time. They did an excellent job in replacing approx. 30 ft of gutter in one spot and replacing two 20 ft sections and a corner in a 2nd spot. After the work was done I asked how much it would cost to reattach a loose downspout on a rental we owned and they did this for free! Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI called CSG to ask about getting a quote for gutter replacement on my house. I was told that they were busy but would get to me the following week. I was very clear that I wanted to be notified in advance of when they would be coming to do the price quote as I wanted to be there to ask questions. When no call came, I went ahead and hired the company that had given me the best quote and understood my concerns. A few days later, CSG showed up at my house unannounced, completed their estimate, and left without leaving the price quote. Not only that, they did not notify my wife that they were done and left without locking our gate. When I called CSG to ask to speak with the person doing the quote, the dispatcher had no idea anybody was even at my house and had no record of my address in their system (at least for getting a quote on the day I called).
Description of Work: The only service performed was a price quote, which was done unannounced and not left behind.

+ 0 moreThey were quick to respond and provide an estimate via email. My front gutters were rusty and crooked, plus they get filled quickly with leaves and pine needles. I needed to get them repaired and was looking to put some nice covers on them. They came by and gave several choices in terms of work to be done. I went with a full replacement of the front gutter system and the leafx cover system for the full house. The job took some time due to weather but they communicated via email frequently. The new gutters look great.

+ -1 moreAs stated above, the gutter looks great, but it did not fix the problem. We had some problem getting connected, but once we got that straightened out, Dave came back by and looked at the roof and gutters. He made a few minor adjustments at no charge. There is really nothing else he can do with the gutters as they have been repaired, so if I still have a problem I will have a roofer come out and check for any leaks with the shingles. Dave took time to explain his work and what to look for during the next rain or snow. Thanks Dave!
Description of Work: After moving into this house I noticed that after a rain I had water leaking down the brick in front of the house. I looked at a few companies listed on Angies List and got 2 estimates from the closest companies on a possible repair. What I could not tell is if the leak was due to a bad seal of the endcap or with it having to do more with the roof. Both companies suggested replacing the existing gutter due to the amount of roof angles hitting the gutter. Both suggested of going from a 4" gutter to a 5" gutter and downspout. They both came out in a few days to check it out and give estimates. I decided on Colorado Seamless Gutter to do the work and Dave sent an email with the quote shortly thereafter. They came out and replaced the gutter. They did a good job taking down the old gutter and taking it with them. The area was left clean and free of debris. The new gutters look great.

+ -1 moreColorado Seamless Gutters was very busy and yet still managed to have a technician come out and make the necessary repairs. He was concerned that my husband was on the roof and lacked the necessary safety equipment. CSG takes safety very seriously. The gutter was repaired properly and has weathered a good snow storm. We'll use them for further repair work. We will recommend them to all our neighbors and friends.
Description of Work: The gutter over the front of the house had pulled away. The original nails used were too short. This has allowed the nails to work themselves out and allow the gutters to separate from their original location. The gutter pulled away and was bowed. When the snow started to thaw and run down the gutters, we had a waterfall coming down the front of the house.

They then rerouted an old gutter to a better position so it didn't overflow and covered it with a cover. Spent 1/2 a day doing the work which was of high quality.
