Description of Work: I have zero-deductible glass replacement, so I don't know what they charge for windshield replacement. The technician was great, did a fine job. I gave Safelite a "B" only because scheduling was a bit of a hassle. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, but I didn't have a problem scheduling with them in years past. Overall, highly recommend.

Description of Work: Service was fast and professional On two other occasions I went in to have chips repaired and was told on both occasions that what I thought were chips had already been repaired. For this reason, I give them A++ for honesty and integrity.

Description of Work: Everything was great except the $20 discount code given at Angie's did not work on the company website where I scheduled the service. The technician said that he would deduct $20 from the invoice, but it had so many additional charges and items that I don't know if I received the discount.
