Description of Work: It was good! I had to go to their location because they were so busy. I didn’t realize it would it take as long as it did. Other than that, the work was done well. My husband and I both got our windshields replaced. They were courteous and polite.

+ -1 moreI called and received an estimate, without added tax, and was given the option of either taking it in or having them come out, both the sane day. I chose to take it in, got there a half an hour early and was done 45 minutes later. My only problem was they forgot, guessing it was forgotten, to clean the inside of the door and it was covered with graphite. The cost was the estimate plus tax.
Description of Work: They replaced the front driver side window on my Malibu.

+ -1 moreThe repairman arrived on time and installed the windshield and the rubber moulding, but was missing the final rubber "top" sealing strip. The repairman said that they had all the parts at the shop, but the sealing strip was apparently misplaced en route to my home. He left and returned later in the day with the missing part to finish the job. The replacement job was basically satisfactory, but I had to ask the repairman to do a second clean-up of the car interior due to debris (small black rubber particles sanded from the window frame) left in the front seats and dash area. Based on this experience, I now think that getting the installation done at the Elite Shop may have better results, since they may have a more complete installation tool sets (hopefully better vacuum cleaners).
Description of Work: My car windshield was badly dinged on the driver side by a rock that hit it. Elite Glass replaced the windshield glass and the factory (expensive) rubber moulding that surround the glass. Elite Glass also coordinated with my auto insurance company to directly receive payment for comprehensive damage coverage. The repair was performed at my home via a service truck.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED. ELITE AUTO GLASS WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY REQUEST. THEY CAME TO A LOCATION OF MY CHOICE AND REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD ON THE SPOT. I WASN'T ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR FOR FIVE HOURS TOTAL, SO THE INCONVENIENCE WAS MINIMAL. THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY OVERALL.
