Very professional and not too pricy for what I needed done. I have already recommended Alta Terra to Friends. In and out in less than half an hour, work was very neatly done. They arrived late, but did call. Once there he was prepared and fixed the problems. He was very polite and well spoken.

As soon as I placed my initial request for bid I got a return call. Jose came out the next day to do a walk through of the work I wanted completed. As soon as I told them that I wanted them to do the work I was scheduled. They were able to come three days later. Showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Very professional.

We needed to have a bathroom exhaust fan replaced and exhausted out through the roof the next day because we were having the attic insulated in two days. Ignacio was able to juggle his crew's schedule to accommodate our urgent request. Jose and Art's install went well. They were so quick, efficient and neat I had 'em add a light to the attic and replace a light in the garage.

Jose came to give us an estimate. He is a very pleasant young man. We accepted his offer and set up a date and time to do the work. He was a no call, no show for the appointment. He did contact me the next day and we decided to give him a second chance. He did arrive and finished all the work.

Alta Terra responded by phone almost immediately and came out that evening. We thought we needed a new attic fan and were pleased to have him tell us it was just the switch. We appreciate the honesty of the job! He returned in two days and replaced the switch.
