Steve is very friendly and delivers high quality service. He refinished my original hardwood floors and they turned out beautifully. He also came back and tiled the fireplace area and was very flexible with his schedule to match mine. I would recommend Steve and Footprints to any of my friends or family.

Tried once to write a review, but errored out, not sure it went through.Great Job! Laminate was first thought but got the hard wood floors re-finished instead. I am happy with them. The price was reasonable and think I will be happier with the end result. Good people and good time to get the job done. I felt like my best interest was what was important and that is what counts when making your home improvements. I have another room to do and will definitely ask them back.

Both Bryan and his crew were very easy to work with. They were on time for appointments, the work was completed on schedule and I have received many compliments on the floors-the refinishing is beautiful.

Footprints did an amazing job. my floors are stunning! the salesman was great and very patient. The installer was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. We went with the full hardwood install. The price was very competitive, the install took only a week and there was barely a mess. I would recommend Footprints to anyone and everyone.

Steve was wonderful to work with and floors look beautiful. There was a little damage to a wall by installers and Steve immediately had someone out to fix the problem. I am very satisfied.

WOW, what can I say. Steve Cosgrove was excellent, covered all details, went the extra mile when we ran into a bump. The workers were great, professional respectful of our home. Once the new floors were in, they were astounding, absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

They did a very good job. We have 55 year old floors tha d been carpeted and they look like new. I stressed that since the walls had just been painted that they needed to keep the dust down and there was no dust to clean and the floors look great.

The Footprints team was super quick and reliable. They finished ahead of schedule and our floors look perfect!

Mike was my project manager for my flooring project. He was great to work with- answered all my questions and explained the process in detail. Sean and his assistant actuallly installed the flooring and they were both awesome! Very professional. They arrived at my home on time and explained everything they would be doing and why. They also advised me on the best way to care for my new wood floors. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work. Sean called me at the end of each work day to update me on the progress. He was wonderful to work with. My floors are beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding!
