I had them do the Oil finish which takes several days, but is a better finish. It is beautiful. Spiced Brown color, Fantastic job, They look better than when they were new.

My wood floors wee dull and the finish was non existent. They came in and did a great job on the floors. The house is 57 years old but the floors look like new again. Would consider using them again for future work.

Professional and courteous from quote to invoice. Reasonable recommendations to add value and keep costs down. Only one negative comment, it appears no tape was used to protect the baseboards as a very thin layer (quarter-to-eighth inch) of stain was found at the bottom of the white trim. Overall though, good job with good communication at a reasonable price.

Very good at communicating and follow-up. Amazing job! The floors were almost 90 years old and covered with paint, mold, scratches, etc. Now they look brand new! I didn't think they could get that good.

Footprints Floors installed hickory floors in our living room. They are beautiful! Just what I wanted. The installers were very pleasant and seemed happy to answer all my questions. The job took a little less time than the original quote. I would definitely use this flooring company again.

Very professional from my first interactions with Footprints Floors. I had to cancel and re-schedule my estimate multiple times due to delays in my project and it was no problem. They got my project done only 2 days after I told them I wanted to work with them. Very pleased with the results! I even had an issue with some of my mail falling onto the floor (my mail slot comes in the house through the living room wall) when it was still wet. I didn't find it until the next day and pieces of the envelope and stamp were dried into my brand new hardwood finish. Jon came over right away and fixed the issue with no additional cost. I highly recommend this company and I will go back to them with any future projects!

Very professional, prompt, and got the job done in the time promised.

We were very pleased with our floor refinishing. They were very helpful with the moving of the furniture. They were punctual and worked very hard and quickly. We had to go out of town for the later part of the project and Ryan assured us that he would check the house and be sure that it was locked. The returned promptly after 10 days and replaced all rugs and furniture. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the communication with Ryan and the crew.

The floors turned out great! The only drawback was the crew was not prompt in arriving in the mornings.

Wow! These folks are terrific! The sales guy was knowledgable, really nice, and very patient. I ended up not only going with new floor but sanding and staining existing floors. The water based products now making the process so much less invasive (one day to strip, sand, stain) and after 6 hours, move furniture back. The match between the new and old floors is spot on. The installer, Eric, was spectacular - quality work, quality personality. The finisher Scott, ensured every detail was perfect and nothing was missed. Jenn, that handles the scheduling...again, 1st class!

The crew had a family emergency on the day they were to start but Ryan had another crew in the next day that got the project back on schedule and they did a great job. We would highly recommend them! The way to tell a good company is not if they have problems but how they respond to a problem and they responded in a professional and timely manner.

I started getting estimates on Monday - the work is already done!!!! USE THIS COMPANY! From the beginning - Laurie Jo about sold me on the phone alone, Steve was exceptional - honest, very experienced, friendly yet patient - he listened to every question and concern without interruption and with great answers. Next, I received a quote and follow up that very afternoon and Steve had a worker assigned for the next morning pending my approval. Such great communications. Vince the worker call the next morning confirming I was still able to do the job. Vince was an expert in his job his work and communications - he tried to get it done that day but the finish was too tacky and he had to make another stop the following morning. Vince was a pleasure to have in my home, was prompt, considerate and will be welcomed here anytime. The job was left in perfect condition with the follow up of " if you need anything, just call". Let me tell you that I do not like to have people in my home and I have a fear of things not going the way I expect. This is not the case with Footprints! It was a great experience Thank you to Laurie Jo, Steve, Debbie, Vince and Tyler you all made my week with this experience. I will gladly give your Company a referral to all and will definite return should I need your service!
