Finished project was good, but took way longer than they said and communication was terrible. Would not have them do any work for me again.

Wonderful work

We ran into a few snags early in the project and I was worried that I was going to be out a ton of extra money. A few examples: a toilet broke while they were moving it and we had to hire a plumber to fix some plumbing issue. However, they were quick to own up to the few (honest) mistakes that were made and they made everything right in the end. They also did quality work and the supervisor checked in frequently. I would definitely work with them again.

Communication leaves a lot to be desired, but the quality for the price is solid.

Installer was very nice individual but could not seem to show up to work on time and was late every day. There are numerous high spot in the tile. Also installed back splash and there are numerous spots that are in need of grout. The back splash is not smooth at all. Their company has came to inspect and agree that this is a problem. Unfortunately with the virus going around, I can not allow anyone to come back and repair all that needs repaired until this is safe for everyone again.

Did not listen to my specific directions, did not do all contracted work, workers not adequately supervised, work not completed timely or as contracted, failed to clean-up each day or after several requests were made, lack of effective project management was the primary missing skill.

We hired this company in December to tile our half bathroom shower. The actual job itself was really well done, thanks to Romero. However, communication with this company was lacking. When we got the original bid, they didn't say anything about purchasing additional materials other than tile and grout. We signed the contract and they got to work pretty fast. But as the job was underway I kept receiving phone calls about why I didn't purchase schluter and why I didn't purchase the caulking. And I explained that no one informed me that I needed to- the man overseeing the job made it feel like it was our fault but it just was never communicated to us. Afterward they said they would be charging us for those materials because even though it wasn't on the contract the client is usually responsible to pay it and sorry that was not communicated to you. They ended up taking the cost off for the caulking and we paid 50% for the schluter. Like I said though, the actual tile job was really well done but the communication was all over the place which made things unnecessarily stressful.

The floors look beautiful - the old finished had flaked away and the wood was black in those spots. After refinishing the black spots are gone. The floor has a wonderful wood texture to it now!

The price was super reasonable, and they completed the work very quickly. There was also someone who checked in with us before, during, and after the work was being completed.

From Namita to to Aldo,this is the most professional company I have ever encountered. They really took the time to listen to us and the project manager, and Namita, followed up with us every step of the way. My hardwood floors are refinished beautifully, and they also ended up putting in my laminate wood plank, when the store dropped the ball and never bothered to do the installation. Both were done professional and look amazing. They were also so fast! All in all, not only is this company well run and professional, their employees end up feeling like family! Thank you for such a great experience.

We hired Footprints to install new floor and shower/bath tile work. The project came out beautiful. Ramiro did a wonderful job and was very reliable, despite a blizzard and schools being closed. I give this team my highest recommendation, which is difficult to find in today s world.

Jose and Adrian are master craftsmen. They did an incredible job on my wood-look tile floors. They were prompt, respectful, worked hard every day, completed the job ahead of schedule, cleaned up the entire mess before leaving. Tyler did a great job managing the job. He went out of his way to retrieve goods and made sure everything was to my liking. Would hire this crew again!

Have more than one person for the job so one person didn t need to hurry through the job.

My floors look great. Almost a year later, they are still looking newly refinished. This company did an excellent job and their customer service is really good, because all these months later, they are still available to answer questions.

They only use Sub Contractors in spite of me asking point blank whether they were employees or not. Their sub contract installer was not very good. They left nails on my carpet where my kids play, they were dirty and did not clean up after themselves at all, they left a large gap in the side of the tile install. Overall the company was disappointing.

It was horrible. A 3 day project was finally finished after 7 days. They used all subcontractors who sent people with no tools to try to do the work. They said they would show up at 8:00 a.m. and might show up at 11 or 12.
