Very pleased with the work. They refinished my living area and it looks great. It was dustier than I expected but all in all my floors look great!

Quick response and execution. We had an older home with original wood subfloor with new wood needing to be tied into it. The transiiton and end result was really great. Steve was very confident he could deliver a nice finish and they did, exceededing our expectations. (Installer missed filling in one section (oversight) and they took care of it with no issues.) Would definately recommend.

Wonderful customer service (which is hard to come by these days). Had rep come out and give us a bid, did a wonderful job and making me aware of all of my options (Thank You Steve!!) Hired the company that day, had the job started the next day, and completed within 2 days. I had a very good experience with this company, and will definately be referring them whenever I am asked for a flooring company.

Steve's team did an excellent job on our floors and were extremely professional and courteous to work with. Always on time, worked hard throughout the project, and the result is beautiful. Steve (owner) provided the initial quote with followup call, and promptly responded to all questions we had. Steve and the crew have been excellent during the entire process. They helped me pick a custom color, suggested the finish and process (water vs oil). They even offered to come back in after my move in date to touch up any spots damaged by movers.

Steve and the crew at Footprints went out of their way to get my floors done in a very narrow window of opportunity for me. They did a beautiful job, went above and beyond the call of duty, and I could not be happier with the results.

The estimate was very professional. The floor workers came out when they said they would and were on time. First for the floor removal (so floor could dry), then for the replacement, sandind and refinishing. although the sander broke down in the morning, they went and got a new one and still finished the job that day.

After getting other bids for refinishing my floors, I found that it was really going to be a hassle. I spoke with Bryan at Footprints and he actually turned my thinking around. They did all the work and did a GREAT job. They arrived and finished the job as scheduled, very courteous. Ian did a great job helping us pick the correct stain to up date our home.

Steve is very friendly and delivers high quality service. He refinished my original hardwood floors and they turned out beautifully. He also came back and tiled the fireplace area and was very flexible with his schedule to match mine. I would recommend Steve and Footprints to any of my friends or family.

Tried once to write a review, but errored out, not sure it went through.Great Job! Laminate was first thought but got the hard wood floors re-finished instead. I am happy with them. The price was reasonable and think I will be happier with the end result. Good people and good time to get the job done. I felt like my best interest was what was important and that is what counts when making your home improvements. I have another room to do and will definitely ask them back.

Both Bryan and his crew were very easy to work with. They were on time for appointments, the work was completed on schedule and I have received many compliments on the floors-the refinishing is beautiful.

Footprints did an amazing job. my floors are stunning! the salesman was great and very patient. The installer was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. We went with the full hardwood install. The price was very competitive, the install took only a week and there was barely a mess. I would recommend Footprints to anyone and everyone.
