Juan did the floors and they are wonderful and beautiful!! The issue is getting ahold of anyone and communication with their team once you pay them a downpayment. Calls were consistently unanswered, voicemails not responded to. It felt like once they had our money, we were lowest of their priorities. When the team was doing the work, we had to message the project manager constantly to ask when we could step on the floors, timing, etc. and it felt like a lot more work from our side than it should have. When they finally finished their work, they left the trash in our driveway for 12 days with daily promises that it was being taken away. Super frustrating. The floors are beautiful, but project management and communication are the sore point with them.

I paid half down for a backsplash service for my kitchen. My service was scheduled almost 2 months out from my October 22nd down payment $500 and some change. They had an emergency the day of and never contacted me thereafter. I called, left messages and could not get the owner Allison Adam to respond. The project manager Tyler did answer his phone two days later to basically tell me oh well you just have to wait until we can get to you with no timeline or date of when that would be. I explained I was disappointed with the service and it was not even good customer service. He then proceeded to let me know again oh well because Allison already knew so again there was basically nothing I could do. Btw... not even an apology was given. I would not recommend this company AND you home advisor did not do your homework on this company. Apparently this is standard practice in their service delivery. I normally donâ t give out negative reviews or feedback ever I just donâ t want this to happen to anyone else especially around Christmas time but really never. I have family coming in for Christmas and my kitchen looks horrible. I know my family will understand its just the principle now.

They did a great job. The crew was receptive to instruction, cleaned up after themselves and did a lovely job.

Martin and his crew were awesome. We hired them to install subfloors and vinyl flooring .I was absolutely wowed by the end result. I would hired these guys again in a heartbeat.

The company owners and sales team were excellent - professional, but friendly and buoyant. They addressed any issues immediately. However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great.

Very nice guys, but I had some issues with how they cut the holes for the shower diverter. They are totally willing to make it right though.

These guys worked magic on my floors. They were damaged when I moved in four years ago and only got worse since then. I wasn't sure they were able to be saved. When I first saw the work, I was shocked. It looked like completely new floors. Friends who have seen it have demanded to know who did the great work! They were great at communicating with me along the way. I do wish the guys would have warned me about the dust--I was cursing myself for getting my house professionally cleaned and the carpets cleaned BEFORE the floor was refinished--but that was my own stupid fault! Thanks very much, guys. My house sold quickly and the floors were a stand out feature.

I was trying to finish this before Chinese New Year and they made it happen.

The #1 thing I did not like was the fact that this company requires a 50% deposit before they will schedule the work, they were not much help in tile selection that was completely left up to us, the salesperson told us to buy the wrong grout, the wrong caulking, etc. This caused us to have to spend time returning items and buying the correct items after talking to the tiler and the project manager. I also did not like that even though our projects were back to back projects they wanted payment separately for each **so they could get their sub-contractors paid**. Not sure why a company like this does not have the capital on hand. These were small projects. The sub-contractor they used to tile was GREAT!

Namita came by to give me an estimate on redoing my old kitchen floor and discovered that there was original hardwood underneath. She gave me a quote that night and we started 2 weeks later. They demo'd the old linoleum floor and restored the original hardwood underneath and it looks great. Only criticism is I would have liked to have been given a warning about how harsh the oil based finish fumes are. I would have taken my dogs and stayed with a friend for a week if I had known. Otherwise they did a great job and honestly I doubt I would have found a better price for the work they did. I definitely reccomend.

Sales explained everything. The job was completed and workmanship excellent! Every day the installer asked if we had any questions, explained what would take place that day. When job was complete did a great clean up. I would recommend Footprints. They said what they would do, they did what they said they would do. Installed tile in two bathrooms. One bathroom also installed tile floor. Tom Savage

Every person I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and gave quality work. It was done in a very timely manner and looks fantastic! I highly recommend!
