Footprint floors has been a pleasure to work with. They are quick to reply and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process. Their install crew did a beautiful job and went the extra mile when they discovered a need for an unknown step in the process that would create a lot of dust. The install pro did everything he could to minimize the mess and was clear in communicating with us every step of the way. We will certainly be using footprint in the future!

The floor came out better than I expected and the job took 3 days to complete as they said. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considerating having a wood floor installed.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. We had a different contractor spend 8 days trying to attach Pergo to our living room wall and made 4 attempts before we fired him. Todd at Footprints was very empathetic to out situation and gave us a quote within minutes. Chad was great at making sure the guys showed up on time and assured us that the job would go well. Believe it or not, the two guys that did the work had it completed in 5 hours - just amazing and perfectly done. Great guys - very professional, clean and efficient. I will always use and refer Footprints - could not be happier with the work! Highly recommended.

Everyone worked together to get the job done professionally and in a timely manner.

They are perfect for all flooring

It took several phone calls to get the Bagster full of Demo trash picked up. Follow up walk through (Only if I had issues) looked good to me but I realy don't know what to look for. The installer "Andrew" is a very hard worker, very pleasant and professional. A followup call to Tylef was handled very well. He was able to get the Bagster picked up. THX Over all it was a good experience.

Footprints was timely in meeting us and giving us a quote. They communicated well. Unfortunately, the job was too small to make their minimum price a good option for us.

Great Experience

They were professional, very patient with us in making a decision.

Very responsive customer service. They called within minutes of my Home Advisor request. They quickly arranged to meet to determine my project scope (new kitchen backsplash). They provided a quote at the project scope meeting. I called later to confirm them as my choice and we set up a date, and I paid 1/2 total price. They left a voicemail with the start time the night before the scheduled project start date. A crew of one arrived on time on the start date. He finished the tile backsplash that day, but needed to come back the next to grout. Grout was finished the next day. A supervisor came by in two-three days to inspect the work and get our feedback. He did some minor caulking cleanup and I paid the remainder of the bill. All of the employees were courteous, friendly, and timely. No drama. They arranged the project around my schedule. They met me when I was available. I totally recommend Footprints Floors.

The project supervisor was great, how ever we had a problem with the crew showing up on time or even at all!

The floor refinishing was fine. Where we had issue was the laying of our glass back splash. I feel we needed somebody more in tune with this kind of delicate work. I keep finding cracks and bad cuts. Hopefully this will be resolved as I picked this company based on the great customer service philosophy

I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get to our small tile project! The communication was also top notch.

when installing the floors, the workers punched holes in the walls, they splashed wood stain on the walls and only fixed the problem when we told them to return. the wood planks are separating after one year. they actually separated shortly after the install, but we were told to wait until summer so they could fix them. They did fix them the following summer, but the planks continue to separate. caulking around the steps into living room is coming apart from the wood. We had them out several times to fix problems and still the problems exist.

Great group to work with.

We only needed 2 boxes of tile, but bought 3 in case of some breakage...they used all 3 and we needed to buy more...almost a whole box of tile was broken. My husband, who has worked with tile in the past, was amazed that they did not use a wet saw..which would have eliminated most of the breakage.

DO NOT hire this company under any circumstances. BE WARNED and do not pay them anything ever upfront!! They installed a new Kitchen floor for us and measured it WRONG. There was not enough product and we had to live with a half finished floor seriously for over a week than to make it even worse they told us what to buy exactly measurement and item wise and the trim. YOU Would not believe what our floor looked like - HORRIBLE this trim they just cut it at an angle it looks so bad and because we paid them we had no recourse. I have given them weeks to correct it and had them come out and admit it was HORRIBLE they even removed the trim for me and now I have gaps and spaces but at least it does not LOOK horrible anymore. I have to find a new flooring company to trim this out. I am disgusted with these people and I pray no one else is dumb enough to hire them for anything. RUN AWAY. If they contact me, refund my money or pay for the repair or fix it - That would be nice. YOU HAVE my number Footprints. Do the right thing!

The estimator came out within a few days, the work was scheduled for two weeks later and finished in two and a half weeks. The installers worked quickly and were responsive to my requests for the wood flooring. They installed a wood floor in one room, completing the install, sand and stain on day one and the final coats on day two. The work was reviewed by a supervisor who was here at the beginning of each day and at the end of the project. It looks great.
