The staff was very good. They took their time. They where very nice and they did a walk through after they finished to see if I was satisfied.

Absolutely a terrible experience. The dishwasher we purchased was not in-stock and we were told it would have to be ordered. We were promised delivery within 5 days as well as a confirmation phone call. Well, we never received any phone call and on the date the dishwasher was promised, we still did not receive a phone call. We had to contact Lowe's, only to be told the dishwasher would not be in for another 10 days or so. As we had already scheduled with another contractor to have some remodeling work done with our kitchen, we cancelled the order with Lowe's and purchased the dishwasher elsewhere.Then, after only 1 week the washing machine breaks down. We called to have warranty service performed on the washing machine and it took 3 days before anyone even called us back to schedule the service, then another 7 days before they even came out to look at it. The repairman said the circuit board just needed to be reset. He unplugged the washer, plugged it back in, started a cycle, said everything was fine and left. Well of course, the next day it stopped working again. When we called back their warranty dept, the rep was rude and unprofessional. He stated something like "well it's only a warranty call" and seemed not to care. About 5 days later another tech shows up, says the circuit board is bad and he would have to order the part, which would take another week or so! Needless to say we were not very happy at all.So after all this, once the part was finally replaced, we called Lowe's to complain about the service only to be told that we needed to call the company they use to perform their warranty service. We will never shop at Lowe's again after this experience.
