Prompt arrival, easy to work with took care while doing the work & did a very good job.

While I am very happy with the work Pro Stone replacing the old, moldy grout on my countertops with epoxy grout, there were times when the company was hard to reach. Be patient if necessary. The final result and the honesty are worth a little delay in response time.

The shower seal was done on time and professionally. It was a good value and I would use Pro-Stone again.

Pro Stone did a good job for replacing one of the tiles in the shower area of our master bathroom. They tend to do more complex work and their rates reflect their expertise. I was happy with their work and would have no issue with requesting their help in the future.

Customer service was great but I ran into scheduling issues and job felt a little rushed. Overall, I worked it out with the owner but wish the job was cared about a little more.

Aaron and Chris are attentive, responsive, hard-working, intelligent. this is hard work and they know how to do it. when problems came up they rose to the occasion. they took out a cracked granite counter and installed a farm sink beautiful and big enough, almost, to take a bath in.

I had my master bathroom and kitchen remodeled in 2008. Over the years the grout had cracked. The grout in the shower had started to leak into our basement. After seeing a plumber, and told it was the breakdown of the grout causing my problem I called a couple different companies. Pro Stone was who I chose to do the work. I spoke with Aaron on the phone, he was always very nice, and easy to talk to. He made me feel like whatever the issue was, they could fix it. Michael Green did the work, he was always on time, seemed happy to be working, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.
