We had a counter and sink installed in 2013 in our second bathroom. The sink cracked, and Pro Stone Services did not do the initial installation, but worked to find the proper sink, sent an knowledgeable employee to remove and replace the sink. Apparently, the sink had not been installed correctly, probably why it cracked. Andrew did a fine job of working around the obstacles, and now we have a properly installed new sink.

They scheduled something for us quickly, showed up when promised, have been very good about explaining our options and doing quality work. Would definitely recommend. Wish I'd known about them and gotten them out to redo the grout in our shower sooner!

Mike called right away and was able to quote my job based on my square footage and our discussion. He had to reschedule but gave me enough notice that it didn't impact me. He also made SURE I received his voicemail. He came out on the scheduled day, on time and completed the job quickly. If I have another job for grout cleaning/repair (shower or floor!), I would call him in a heartbeat!

The work done was very good, but a few of the tiles were scratched by the worker. He did point out the scratches and was going to try and figure how to correct the situation and get back to me, but I never heard from him

They gave a fair and complete quote. The quality of their work was impeccable. Our shower tile looks better than brand new

This company is very friendly and professional. They are easy to get get quotes from and very helpful with getting all the supplies for the job. They show up on time and got the job done. I found some little things that I wanted to touch up after the job was done but that's me being picky.

Tiles had come loose causing grout to pop and come out. I have already had this repaired once before and it didn’t hold. I am hopeful but cautionsly optimistic this will repair will work. Time will tell.

Our bathrooms look like new! My only complaint is that there was mess in my powder room and laundry room from grout mixing. Otherwise, great job!

Aaron did a great job removing my builder-installed quartz counter tops and disconnected/removed the sink, faucet, and gas cooktop with ease and without any damage to the cabinets that we will use for the new. He was reliable, trustworthy, done faster than expected and charged less than he quoted. Would hire again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

He did a great job and listened to my concerns. We came up with a compromise for the cut. He even made time to do an extra job that my husband wanted done. He took the time to ensure that the dust was contained. With marble work, I am learning that there will be dust to clean up, but Aaron did a terrific job of minimizing the clean up! We are very happy with the cuts.

Although I didn't wind up needing professional help with this particular issue after the assessment and estimate Pro Stone provided, the gentleman who came out to check on it (I forgot his name) was great and very knowledgeable about the grout cracking issue. He was able to confirm there wasn't a leak, which was my main concern. If I do need further help with tile in the future I will definitely call on Pro Stone again.

This was a granite-tile modification job - tile had to be removed (using a grinder) to make room for a new over-the-range microwave. The technician, Aaron, and his helper (Jason?) kept me completely informed via text and email before the job, finished the job in less than the estimated time, and charged me less than the quoted price. I would definitely hire Pro Stone Services again for any job related to our granite countertops and backsplash.
